★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo, la mia esperienza è stata molto negatuva: ho acquistato un bracciale da 700 euro con il "supporto" di una venditrice che, paradossalmente (dato che stavo già spendendo una cifra importante) mi ha stressata cercando di coinvolgermi in altri acquisti...proponendomi acquisti di gioielli per me stessa (??????), offerte per regali di Natale, prodotti per la pulizia dell'oro! Approccio davvero Sgradevole! Esperienza da non ripetere!
Unfortunately, my experience was very negative: I bought a 700 euro bracelet with the "support" of a seller who, paradoxically (since I was already spending a lot of money) stressed me out trying to get involved in other purchases ... proposing jewelry purchases for myself (??????), offers for Christmas gifts, gold cleaning products! Really Unpleasant Approach! Experience not to be repeated!

La commessa Romina è stata fantastica: educata,simpatica e molto professionale.
During the winter sales period I went to the Stroili store in Genoa. I bought two bracelets with a 70% discount at a very advantageous price, plus thanks to my purchase I had the opportunity to buy a necklace at a very attractive price.

Ho scelto con lei una catenina in oro giallo e un ciondolo a forma di cuoricino che regalerò alla mia compagna per il prossimo San Valentino. Romina è una persona di classe, che trasmette calma e tranquillità, sorride spontaneamente e solo queste due qualità ti mettono a tuo agio. E' davvero gentile e molto competente, sono uscito dal negozio molto soddisfatto e felice della sua conoscenza. Ringrazio Romina e le sue colleghe che come lei contribuiscono a rendere il negozio un ambiente accogliente. Mi rivedranno molto presto perchè è diventato il mio fornitore ufficiale. Grazie Romina!

Romina is a classy person, who transmits calm and tranquility, she smiles spontaneously and only these two qualities put you at ease.
