★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato due Apple Cinema Display a Luglio 2021 per avere un preventivo per la riparazione. Ho ritenuto il preventivo un po’ eccessivo e quindi ho chiesto di non effettuarla e sarei passato a ritirarli. Nel frattempo ho avuto un problema a un Mac Pro 2013 che si riavviava da solo senza alcun motivo e in più non funzionava il modulo wifi. Ho deciso di portarlo li. Dopo due settimane mi hanno chiamato per dirmi che il computer funzionava perfettamente ( non vero ) e che NON RIUSCIVANO A CAPIRE DOVE FOSSE IL MODULO WI-FI!!! Cosa che ho capito io in due minuti guardando un video su YouTube. E dicono di essere esperti Apple…menomale! Ma la cosa più bella in assoluto è che non sanno dove sono finiti i miei due monitor. Hanno provato più volte a dirmi di avermeli restituiti ( nel totale imbarazzo ) trattandomi quasi come se fossi scemo ma è evidente che me lo sarei ricordato e soprattutto ora sarebbero a casa mia!! Pessimi veramente
I brought two Apple Cinema Displays in July 2021 to get a repair quote. I thought the estimate was a bit excessive and therefore I asked not to make it and I would have gone to collect them. In the meantime I had a problem with a 2013 Mac Pro that restarted by itself for no reason, plus the wifi module was not working. I decided to take it there. After two weeks they called me to tell me that the computer was working perfectly (not true) and that THEY CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHERE THE WI-FI MODULE WAS !!! Which I understood in two minutes by watching a video on YouTube. And they say they are Apple experts… thank goodness! But the best thing of all is that they don't know where my two monitors have gone. They tried several times to tell me that they returned them to me (in total embarrassment) treating me almost as if I were stupid but it is evident that I would have remembered and above all now they would be at my house !! Really bad
