★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasciamo stare, chiedo un certificato generico al lavoro, mi risponde che non ne ha mai fatti, che non sa come si fanno, che non vuole prendersi la responsabilità, che vuole una carta intestata di richiesta da parte dell'azienda che me lo aveva richiesto... Per non parlare poi di quanto tempo fa perdere anche per un ricetta medica... Cambiata!
Forget it, I ask for a generic certificate at work, he replies that he never did it, that he doesn't know how to do it, that he doesn't want to take responsibility, that he wants a letterhead paper from the company that asked me to ... Not to mention how much time is lost even for a prescription ... Changed!

Partendo dal presupposto che una persona che si reca dal dottore significa che ha un problema e quindi non è lì per divertirsi, ho trovato una carenza totale di empatia e una maleducazione fuori dal normale. Sono infermiera in medicina d'urgenza e so cosa significa lavorare sotto stress, certe maniere non sono giustificate da niente. Zero professionalità. Nonostante gli appuntamenti arriva con quaranta minuti di ritardo urlando nell'ambulatorio, non appena le si fa una domanda aggredisce per poi giustificarsi dicendo che le si chiede cose "complicatissime" (come ad esempio fare un'impegnativa). Non tutti sono portati per fare il medico, la signora per i suoi modi non lo è neanche per fare la scaricatrice di porto. Dopo quattro volte che è arrivata in ritardo e ha trattato così me e altri pazienti ho decido di cambiare dottore.

Assuming that a person who goes to the doctor means that he has a problem and therefore is not there to have fun, I found a total lack of empathy and rudeness out of the ordinary. I am a nurse in emergency medicine and I know what it means to work under stress, some manners are not justified by anything. Zero professionalism. Despite the appointments comes with forty minutes late screaming nell'ambulatorio, as soon as you ask a question assault and then justify saying that you are asking for things "very complicated" (such as doing a demanding). Not everyone is brought to be a doctor, the lady for her manners is not even to make the hauler. After four times she arrived late and treated me and other patients so I decided to change doctor.
