La stazione è stata recentemente ristrutturata e rimodernata, anche se ci hanno messo molto, ora risulta più carina e più accogliente vi sono nuovi tabelloni e nuovi spazi, peccato che abbiano levato le sedute ad ogni binario e le abbiano messe solo al binario 1.
Vecchia recensione:
Stazione semplice, presenta un sotto passaggio, per i biglietti vi è sia la macchinetta che un bar. Molto sporco e con graffiti ovunque, bagni sudici.
New review:
The station has been recently renovated and modernized, even if it took a long time, now it is prettier and more welcoming there are new billboards and new spaces, too bad they have removed the seats at each track and only put them on track 1.
Old review:
Simple station, has an underpass, for tickets there is both a machine and a bar. Very dirty and with graffiti everywhere, dirty bathrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se non altro i bagni non sono a pagamento, ha un ascensore per il sottopassaggio e una bella veduta dai binari.
If nothing else, the bathrooms are not charged, it has a lift for the underpass and a nice view from the tracks.

I love this station and I can finally insert 5 stars, I hope that the difficulties of the past are overcome: "suppressed trains, in failure, strikes etc. etc." ... I hope to have to ski this evaluation to the beautiful station of Giarre-Riposto ..❤️⚓⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La stazione sembra ristrutturata di recente, presentando ambienti molto nuovi realizzati con la caratteristica pietra lavica dell'Etna. Molto bella l'ubicazione: dai binari si vede sia il mare con la costa fino a Taormina, sia l'Etna.
Al lato della stazione si trova un piccolo bar-tabacchi dove si trova l'essenziale, un buon caffè, ma non i caratteristici pezzi della colazione siciliana.
All'esterno della stazione, un piccolo pullman-shuttle taxi abbastanza datato, non molti altri servizi.
The station seems to have been recently renovated, presenting very new environments made with the characteristic lava stone of Etna. The location is very beautiful: from the tracks you can see both the sea and the coast up to Taormina and Mount Etna.
Beside the station there is a small tobacco bar where you can find the essentials, a good coffee, but not the characteristic pieces of the Sicilian breakfast.
Outside the station, a fairly dated small coach-shuttle taxi, not many other services.
