Não consigo entender está atitude na Europa Worse than impossible, imaginable, shameful. Buy if a tourist travel ticket and how the traffic is, let the passenger wait for another one to come. I can't understand this attitude in Europe

A	ANTONINO CAMA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante sia una stazione locale importante per i numerosi pendolari e soprattutto turisti che quotidianamente si recano a Catania , Taormina, o Messina, è stata privata ormai da anni dei servizi igienici essenziali. Questa scelta scellerata della Amministrazione Ferroviaria è stata giustificata da episodi di vandalismo perpetrati all'interno dei locali. Tanto da decidere di applicare all'esterno dei servizi ormai sbarrati, una targa informativa fissa di colore azzurro, del tipo di quelle ad uso dei professionisti, ove si spiega e si giustifica la chiusura agli utenti. Per il gesto di qualche imbecille che potrebbe anche non essere del luogo, ne paga le conseguenze un'intera comunità di viaggiatori senza colpa. Per fare un parallelismo, sarebbe come dire che poiché il treno che collega Milano con la sua provincia è stato vandalizzato da una banda di balordi (fatto realmente accaduto), si decide di cancellarlo dalla tratta a tempo indeterminato e lasciare a terra i passeggeri. Stupisce come nessuno tra i politici locali abbia espresso rimostranze a tutela della propria comunità. Despite being an important local station for the many commuters and especially tourists who go to Catania, Taormina, or Messina daily, it has been deprived of essential toilets for years now. This wicked choice of the Railway Administration was justified by episodes of vandalism perpetrated inside the premises. So much so as to decide to apply outside the now barred services, a fixed information plate of blue color, of the type used by professionals, where the closure to users is explained and justified. An entire community of guilt-free travelers pays the consequences for the act of some imbecile who may not even be local. To make a parallelism, it would be like saying that since the train that connects Milan with its province was vandalized by a gang of fools (a fact that really happened), it was decided to cancel it from the section indefinitely and leave the passengers on the ground. It is surprising that no one among local politicians has expressed grievances to protect their community.

Nella stazione si possono fare i biglietti con una macchina automatica oppure si può andare nel tabaccaio vicino un centinaio di metri. Anche gli orari sono abbastanza distribuiti nella giornata. Despite being a regional train stop, it allows an easy connection to Catania (35 minutes), Taormina (10 minutes), Syracuse (about 2 hours). In the station you can make tickets with an automatic machine or you can go to the tobacconist near a hundred meters. Even the hours are fairly distributed throughout the day.
