★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una tracolla per una borsa con lo sconto del 50% pagandola 32.50 euro (65 euro il prezzo iniziale), però sul sito ufficiale i prezzi di quel prodotto vanno da 30 a 59 euro. Ho provato a mandare una email all'indirizzo del sito ma non mi ha ricontattato nessuno!
La scoperta è stata casuale perché una mia amica aveva comprato la stessa tracolla nel negozio di Empoli pagandolo 30 euro a prezzo pieno!
I bought a shoulder bag for a bag with a 50% discount by paying 32.50 euros (65 euros the initial price), but on the official website the prices of that product range from 30 to 59 euros. I tried to send an email to the address of the site but he didn't contact me again!
The discovery was accidental because a friend of mine had bought the same shoulder bag in the Empoli store paying him 30 euros at full price!

Ho ordinato online uno zaino che dopo un po' di tempo si è danneggiato.
Ho contattato il negozio e si sono subito messi a disposizione per ripararmelo e in seguito sostituirmelo perché la riparazione non era possibile.
Degna di nota la gentilezza e la disponibilità delle commesse, che hanno dimostrato un'infinità pazienza con me e con mia mamma. Grazie davvero.

I contacted the shop and they immediately made themselves available to repair it and then replace it because repair was not possible.
