★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing experience! I found my perfect leather jacket but needed a larger size, longer arms and waist. They said ‘no problem’ and could have a custom tailored one available in Milan (where I would be in a few days) by the end of the week. It all worked out. Amazing service.
I chose my favourite style, interior lining, got the arms, chest and body fully tailored and it was delivered to another city - hours away - to line up with my travel plans. Fantastic!
Don’t hesitate to get them to custom fit your jacket, it makes a world of difference to have it fit perfectly.

All of the people who work in the shops are knowledgeable and truly want you to be happy with your purchase. They are very fun and helpful. They even gave us some restaurant suggestions and Italian lessons. The story behind the company owners is worth reading. They are great!!

We discovered the brand while wandering around Florence at night and did some research that made us very intrigued. Headed back the next morning and my husband purchased a leather jacket that he loves. The quality and customer service is amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Florence has way too many boutiques and shops that sell leather goods, and I’m so glad to have found Benheart. Excellent quality, very friendly staff who was very accommodating and helpful. I got a lovely leather jacket and belt. Would come back here if I ever need more!

They were polite, engaging, listened, not pushy.
My wife had a leather jacket that is customised to her size and shipped when ready to Australia - I picked up a pair of hand made brushed leather shoes.
The prices were very reasonable for the product selection.
