Poca professionalità e zero possibilità di cambio visti i problemi creati sul reso del mio regalo di Natale.
Esperienza da non ripetere e sconsigliata per le valide alternative che ci sono in zona.
To say the least pitiful experience in a low quality store with screams in Neapolitan from a collaborator (who smelled of alcohol) towards an experienced salesman.
Little professionalism and zero possibility of exchange given the problems created on the return of my Christmas gift.
Experience not to be repeated and not recommended for the valid alternatives that are in the area.

I know the Naples store and finding Provencal in Florence was a pleasant surprise!
I recommend it by courtesy, quality and above all advantageous prices, considering that we are talking about a real Made in Italy. It has now become my point of reference and obviously I could not buy something from you too in Florence.
