Il servizio non è stato buono, difficoltà per avere i calici da vino... perché erano terminati... il pane arrivava sempre molto lentamente e in porzioni ridotte... idem per il vino... lo abbiamo potuto bere soltanto dopo aver mangiato la carne. Qualità sufficiente... non eccezionale... prezzi un po' troppo cari. It was not an exciting experience, I would not go there again. The service was not good, difficulty in obtaining the wine glasses ... because they were finished ... the bread always arrived very slowly and in small portions ... the same for the wine ... we could drink it only after having ate the meat. Sufficient quality ... not great ... prices a little too expensive.

Preciso dopo risposta del proprietario. Intanto ringrazio per aver tirato il nostro tavolo fuori dal cilindro, poi chiarisco che non mi riferivo all'attesa prima di farci accomodare al tavolo ma a quella dopo, comune a quasi tutti i tavoli purtroppo...vedi altre recensioni stessa giornata. L'antipasto mai arrivato al tavolo, e di cui vi siete scusati, è stato chiesto per ben 3 volte al personale di sala. Riguardo le bombette portate via, dal momento che le ho pagate penso sia un mio diritto. Comunque non ho mai detto che la carne non fosse buona, non eccellente ma buona. Ottime invece le patate al forno. The disorganization of this place is unmatched ... starter never came ... we waited 1 hour for two sausage wedges and 8 bowler hat ... other tables were waiting for 2 hours and more ... meat ok. ..nothing excellent. Precise after response from the owner. In the meantime, thank you for pulling our table out of the cylinder, then I clarify that I was not referring to the wait before being seated at the table but to the one after that, unfortunately common to almost all tables ... see other reviews on the same day. The appetizer never arrived at the table, and for which you apologized, was asked 3 times to the dining room staff. Regarding the bowler hats taken away, since I paid for them I think it's my right. However, I never said that the meat was not good, not excellent but good. On the other hand, the baked potatoes are excellent.

Che dire, ci sono tutti i presupposti per dare 5 stelle, tutte meritate. La carne ad origine è veramente di ottima fattura e inoltre magistralmente trattata e lavorata, infatti i salumi prodotti da loro sono veramente ottimi. Dal filetto, mortadella o come la chiamano loro "la rustica" (top per l'artigianalità dei sapori), speck, pancetta tutti con stagionatura perfetta, salatura e speziatura equilibrate esaltano i sapori, da sciogliersi in bocca. Unici anche i "salsicotti" artigianali come li chiamano loro e cioè i wurstel prodotti e stagionati. Anche i formaggi non sono male. Nota per me molto apprezzata è stato il pane, è dir poco casereccio, un pane di altri tempi, con quel profumo di lievito madre e consistenza compatta che mi ricorda tanto il pane che i miei nonni mi davano 30 anni fa. Questo pane mi ha sbloccato ricordi e sapori intimi e romantici. Buona la scelta della carta dei vini con produttori nella gran parte locali e pugliesi. La carne lavorata con bombette e salsiccia molto buona e cotta perfettamente. Buone anche le patate al forno. Il titolare cortese, simpatico ed appassionato per ciò che offre ai commensali. Servizio stile Slow Food, da prendere la serata con serenità e spensieratezza senza andar di fretta!! Certamente ci tornerò a provare molto altro offerto da loro come le costate di podolica... This butcher's with table service has considerable merits. The original meat is really well-made and also masterfully treated and processed, in fact the cured meats produced by them are really excellent. From fillet, mortadella or as they call it "la rustica" (top for the craftsmanship of flavors), speck, pancetta all with perfect seasoning, balanced salting and spiciness enhance the flavors, to melt in the mouth. The artisanal "sausages" as they call them are also unique, that is the produced and seasoned frankfurters. Cheeses are also not bad. Note to me very appreciated was the bread, it is nothing short of homemade, a bread of other times, with that scent of mother yeast and compact consistency that reminds me so much of the bread that my grandparents gave me 30 years ago. This bread unlocked intimate and romantic memories and flavors for me. Good choice of wine list with producers mostly local and Puglia. The meat worked with bowls and sausage very good and perfectly cooked. Baked potatoes are also good. The owner is courteous, friendly and passionate about what he offers to diners. Slow Food style service, to be taken in the evening with serenity and lightheartedness without being in a hurry !! Certainly I will be back to try much more offered by them such as the podolica ribs ...

Everything is made and cooked on the premises by the owner. Could not fault the cooking, tenderness, taste or presentation of the meal. Hospitality is triple A+. Value for money. We were in awe and totally full to the brim. Not a speck of dust in sight no matter where you looked.??
