Dalla varietà dei salumi prodotti in casa, allo stinco di maiale marinato in brodo, agli involtini di trippa e alle "bombette" con buccia di limone, fughi trifolati e altre amenità.Nota finale un conto onesto che invoglia a ritornarci al più presto.
A dear friend of ours from Martina took us with other friends last night to dinner at this refreshment point that delighted us with the remarkable quality of the products tasted. From the variety of cured meats produced at home, to the pork shank marinated in broth, to the tripe rolls and the "bombette" with lemon peel, sautéed mushrooms and other amenities. Personale gentile, disponibile e simpatico
Dopo esserci accomodati, il cameriere ha portato autonomamente un ricco antipasto della casa senza ordinazione però il tutto si è rivelato buono ed economico.
Carne di qualità a buon prezzo da scegliere al banco macelleria.
Tempi di attesa nella norma anche a sala completamente piena.
