★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivati alle 19:45 circa e abbiamo aspettato per antipasto e pizza fino alle 20:40. Il proprietario poi si è venuto a lamentare al tavolo verso le 22 perché gli serviva il tavolo libero per altri clienti e siamo dovuti venire via. La pizza abbastanza buona ma non abbastanza da giustificare l'attesa. Servizio lascia a desiderare, non capisco la difficoltà di essere cortesi quando si lavora al pubblico. Peccato, perché se fosse per i il cibo e basta forse ci ritornerei.
 We arrived at about 7.45pm and waited for appetizer and pizza until 8.40pm. The owner then came to the table to complain at around 10pm because he needed a free table for other customers and we had to leave. The pizza is good enough but not good enough to justify the wait. Service leaves something to be desired, I don't understand the difficulty of being courteous when working on the public. Too bad, because if it was for the food and enough maybe I would go back.

Che dire, i prodotti sono davvero ottimi e freschi.
L'impasto, la cottura del pane e delle focaccine serviti ai tavoli in piccole cassettine di legno (molto carine da vedere) viene fatto da loro.
Il sapore degli affettati e dei formaggi sono davvero strepitosi, molto freschi e di ottima qualità. Le pizze oltre ad avere un bellissimo aspetto, sono anche ricche di condimenti e vengono cotte veramente a puntino. È possibile scegliere l'altezza dell'impasto della pizza. Ho preso una cheesecake al cioccolato e la base era veramente ottima ma non vi svelerò altro, perché dovete provarla! Il locale è molto carino ed il proprietario è veramente una persona cordiale.
Tornerò sicuramente in questo ristorante/pizzeria.

What can I say, the products are really excellent and fresh.
The dough, the baking of bread and scones served at the tables in small wooden boxes (very nice to see) is done by them.
The flavor of the cold cuts and cheeses are truly amazing, very fresh and of excellent quality. As well as looking great, the pizzas are also rich in toppings and are cooked to perfection. You can choose the height of the pizza dough. I got a chocolate cheesecake and the base was really good but I won't tell you more, because you have to try it! The place is very nice and the owner is really a friendly person.
I will definitely return to this restaurant / pizzeria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the BEST pizza I've eaten in Italy sofar. Everything is just perfect!! It was very crowded but service was very good. So happy we ate here and I will definitely be back here when I come back to Pistoia!
