Ho esperienza di pratica di arti marziali da oltre 20 anni e devo dire che lui riesce a coniugare una profonda competenza con la capacità di rendere accessibili a tutti concetti di grande complessità, il che è indice di una pratica autentica, umile e quotidiana. Trovo inoltre utilissimo il lavoro che Alessio propone, trasmettendo un insegnamento di messa in pratica dei principi marziali, non finalizzati a un utilizzo fisico, quanto piuttosto rivolti alla crescita personale e alla gestione dei conflitti interpersonali.
