★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra molto carina, gli istruttori sono tutti bravissimi. Personalmente faccio il corso di Functional training ed oltre ad essere divertente perchè sempre diverso e gradualmente più difficile, è soprattutto molto utile. I corsi sono quasi a tutte le ore (comodissimo) e cosa importantissima, ti seguono tanto e ti spronano a fare di più....a mio parere l'unico modo per avere i risultati è questo.
Se inizi, non li la lasci più!
 Very nice gym, the instructors are all great. Personally I do the course of Functional training and besides being fun because it is always different and gradually more difficult, it is above all very useful. The courses are almost at all hours (very comfortable) and very important, they follow you so much and they encourage you to do more .... in my opinion the only way to have results is this.
If you start, don't leave them anymore!

Thanks to the dedication and competence of the instructor Danila, I became passionate about kick boxing, so much so that staying in this beautiful gym was defined as the happiest hours of the week.

Gli istruttori sono professionisti… simpatici ed eccezionali nello svolgere il loro lavoro …la mia palestra ideale!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella ma potessi non metterei nulla. Come si può definire palestra se non ha manco il tapis roulant? E hanno anche il coraggio di chiedere 55€ al mese per tre ingressi settimanali. Povera di attrezzature, completamente diversa dalle foto. Indipendentemente dal concetto di palestra che non sposa la mia richiesta, quello che più voglio recensire è la maleducazione dell'istruttore di pugilato, precisamente quello più anziano. ho ricevuto un trattamento pessimo il giorno della lezione di prova, a tratti sessista e molto cafone. Ogni volta che doveva correggermi qualcosa era offensivo nel modo di porsi, ripetendo che non avrei mai capito, con un atteggiamento pressappochista e scocciato, e deridendomi con gli altri ragazzi. Me ne sono andata senza fare la doccia, pur di andare via. E spero non si provi a giustificare questi modi o a decantare altre doti. Un cliente è un appassionato che ha tanta forza di volontà e che va rispettato SEMPRE. anzi, soprattutto se si tratta di un "grande" maestro dovrebbe conoscere i modi con cui ci si confronta con le persone. Il pugilato è proprio questo, rispetto e sacrificio. Cosa che ho imparato nell'ultimo anno altrove e ho trovato per fortuna altrove.
Un'esperienza orribile.
I put a star but if I could I would not put anything. How can you define a gym if you don't even have a treadmill? And they also have the courage to ask for € 55 a month for three weekly admissions. Poor in equipment, completely different from the photos. Regardless of the concept of the gym that does not match my request, what I want to review most is the rudeness of the boxing instructor, precisely the older one. I received a very bad treatment on the day of the test lesson, sometimes sexist and very boorish. Every time he had to correct me something he was offensive in his attitude, repeating that I would never understand, with a careless and annoyed attitude, and mocking me with the other guys. I left without taking a shower, just to go away. And I hope you don't try to justify these ways or praise other gifts. A customer is an enthusiast who has a lot of willpower and who must ALWAYS be respected. indeed, especially if we are dealing with a "great" teacher, he should know the ways in which we deal with people. Boxing is just that, respect and sacrifice. Which I have learned in the last year elsewhere and luckily found elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVED training here when in Naples! The trainers are all very approachable and helpful with so much experience. The owner is very accommodating for travelers wanting to stay fit. And the facilities are excellent. They work you hard but you can recover in their bar after class with a protein shake and a chat with the friendly staff or they are licensed! MUST try this gym if you're in Naples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped in when traveling in Naples. Nice place, good price, cool and friendly people. Took 3 muay thai classes, one beginners’ in the afternoon and two advanced at 7pm. They also have MMA and bodybuilding options with all facilities. The muay thai coaches are VERY friendly and I feel they have paid more attention to make sure I understand their instructions as I don’t speak Italian. Many thanks Francesco and Decio! Pity I was shy and didn’t get to take a photo with you! :) People who train there are very nice and helpful as well!
One thing you might need to notice, I don’t think they have a fixed reception person and it might be that the coaches there just take turns and help with the registration and payment. I thought a guy was the reception but he got busy later and another coach helped me with the registration hahahah. I waited for a while and got a bit crazy but other coaches came and helped me hahahah I apologize ? Tips: If you feel unattended to by any chance when you register there, just ask the cutest coach for help ;)
Overall, highly recommended!
