Gli istruttori dei corsi per adulti e bambini sono molto preparati e i compagni di allenamento mi hanno accolto con la massima disponibilità e mi stanno tuttora aiutando a migliorare come persona oltre che nella pratica del jiu-jitsu, perché ci mettiamo in gioco continuamente.
