★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quello che ho trovato alla scuola Loto Rosso è stato un ambiente che mi ha accolto con professionalità e disponibilità. Sifu Riccardo e gli assistenti si dimostrano ogni giorno persone estremamente competenti, in grado di trasmettere sia gli aspetti tecnici del Wing Chun sia la passione e il rispetto quali requisiti fondamentali alla base di tale arte. Tutti questi aspetti hanno reso la scuola Loto Rosso un posto per me importante, in quanto ambiente in cui è possibile intraprendere un percorso di miglioramento personale sotto molteplici punti di vista.
 What I found at the Loto Rosso school was an environment that welcomed me with professionalism and availability. Sifu Riccardo and the assistants prove to be extremely competent people every day, able to transmit both the technical aspects of Wing Chun and the passion and respect as fundamental requirements at the basis of this art. All these aspects have made the Loto Rosso school an important place for me, as an environment in which it is possible to undertake a path of personal improvement from multiple points of view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scuola ben organizzata, ambiente piacevole e sereno! Sono Melissa, l’insegnante del corso di hip hop e vi aspettiamo a scuola per provare le tantissime discipline presenti! L’ora di hip hop è un’occasione di pura energia, divertimento e tecnica della danza, per bambini dai 6 anni in su. La lezione è il giovedì dalle 15:30 alle 16:30!
Vi aspetto per divertirsi, allenarsi e imparare insieme!!
Well organized school, pleasant and peaceful environment! I am Melissa, the teacher of the hip hop course and we are waiting for you at school to try the many disciplines present! Hip hop time is an opportunity of pure energy, fun and dance technique, for children from 6 years upwards. The lesson is on Thursday from 15:30 to 16:30!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una bellissima realtà della zona e che si conferma ogni giorno, pratico Kung Fu e ballo ma anche corpo libero quando posso.
Ambiente pulitissimo e familiare in quanto non è grande ma non ha niente da invidiare a centri molto grandi!
Persone fantastiche e che ti fanno sentire sempre a tuo agio :)
A beautiful reality in the area and which is confirmed every day, I practice Kung Fu and dance but also free body when I can.
Very clean and familiar environment as it is not large but has nothing to envy to very large centers!
Great people and who always make you feel comfortable :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da circa sette anni frequento questa prestigiosissima scuola guidata dal Sifu Riccardo Innocenti, persona altamente preparata e grande appassionato del Wing Chun Kung Fu.
Il metodo applicato nella scuola "Loto Rosso" è quello tradizionale, unica via per crescere nella disciplina e nel rispetto delle regole,una vera e propria fucina di marzialisti!
Mi piace definirla una seconda famiglia...un posto dove puoi sentirti a casa..per la serenità ed il clima che si respira, l'ambiente ideale per crescere a tutte le età!...grazie Riccardo per l'impegno profuso nel trasmetterci il tuo sapere!
For about seven years I have attended this prestigious school led by Sifu Riccardo Innocenti, a highly trained person and a great fan of Wing Chun Kung Fu.
The method applied in the "Loto Rosso" school is the traditional one, the only way to grow in discipline and in compliance with the rules, a real breeding ground for martialists!
I like to call it a second family ... a place where you can feel at home..for the serenity and the atmosphere you breathe, the ideal environment to grow at all ages! ... thanks Riccardo for the commitment send us your knowledge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riccardo è un eccellente professionista, motivatore e attento ai dettagli e soprattutto sempre in prima linea.
La scuola davvero molto bella e pulita è una garanzia di sicurezza anche in questo periodo di COVID 19.
Hanno fatto richiudere le palestre nonostante fossero le più sicure ma Riccardo non si è arreso ed ha organizzato gli allenementi di Wing Chun nel giardino della scuola (gratuitamente) ed in più ha sospeso tutti gli abbonamenti finchè la struttura potrà riaprire, che dire CHAPEAU.
Riccardo is an excellent professional, motivator and attentive to details and above all always at the forefront.
The very nice and clean school is a guarantee of safety even in this period of COVID 19.
They had the gyms closed even though they were the safest but Riccardo did not give up and organized the Wing Chun trainings in the school garden (for free) and in addition he suspended all subscriptions until the structure can reopen, what about CHAPEAU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente sempre pulito, ordinato ed accogliente con personale cordiale e molto professionale. Palestra ben attrezzata per il cross training, allenamenti duri ed intensi, si lavora realmente la parte atletica in tutto e per tutto.
Molto bello anche il corso di Chinese KickBoxing, è tosto come allenamento, però a mio parere giusto per chi vuol combattere a livello agonistico o comunque sia imparare davvero questa disciplina.
Consigliatissimi entrambi.
Always clean, tidy and welcoming environment with friendly and very professional staff. Well equipped gym for cross training, hard and intense workouts, the athletic part is really worked in all respects.
The Chinese KickBoxing course is also very nice, it is tough as training, but in my opinion it is right for those who want to fight at a competitive level or in any case really learn this discipline.
Highly recommended both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da oltre 25 anni frequento palestre di ogni genere mi sonosono trasferito da 5 anni e da 3 frequento questa palestra, che più di palestra è una vera Accademia, dove vengono praticatemmolte attività dall'allenamento funzionale da il TOP della zona, Piero che a mio parere è altamente preparato nel Functional Cross Training nonché è anche campione mondiale di Sport da combattimento.
Il Wing Chun Kung Tradizionale è il pilastro di questa scuola, il Sifu è attento, sensibile e preparato anche in altri stili e di fatto lo rende uno tra i migliori al mondo e ripeto, non sono un novizio anzi, lavoro nel settore sicurezza e che per riservatezza non posso dire quale!
Potrei parlare di questa scuola x ore, hanno moltissime attività oltre quelle elencate sia x adulti e bambini nonché anziani.
Ambiente super pulito, igienizzato e sempre profumato, docce e bagni da sogno, mai visti nelle palestre così splendenti e puliti, armonia, benessere e professionalità questo è il marchio di questa scuola.
Davvero soddisfatto, sto meglio qui che a casa mia:)
Vorrei dare 12 stelle ma il massimo è 5, buon lavoro a tutti e continuate così!

For more than 25 years I have been attending gyms of all kinds, I have moved for 5 years and I have been attending this gym for 3 years, which more than a gym is a real Academy, where many functional training activities are practiced by the TOP of the area, Piero who in my opinion he is highly trained in Functional Cross Training and is also a world champion in Combat Sports.
Traditional Wing Chun Kung is the pillar of this school, Sifu is attentive, sensitive and prepared also in other styles and in fact makes it one of the best in the world and I repeat, I am not a novice on the contrary, I work in the security sector and that for confidentiality I can't say which one!
I could talk about this school x hours, they have many activities besides those listed for both adults and children as well as the elderly.
Super clean, sanitized and always perfumed environment, dream showers and bathrooms, never seen in such bright and clean gyms, harmony, well-being and professionalism this is the brand of this school.
Really satisfied, I'm better here than at my house :)
I would like to give 12 stars but the maximum is 5, good job to everyone and keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente molto accogliente, da 3 anni frequento il corso di Wing Chun insieme alla mia nipotina di 14 anni, il maestro Riccardo è sempre disponibile e di vede lontano un km che ci mette anima e cuore, durante la quarantena di è svenato per spronare tutti con il suo infinito ottimismo!
Gli allievi sono disposti ad aiutarsi l'uno con l'altro. Una gran bella scuola!
Tecnica sopraffina e grande passione.
Ci sono anche molte altre attività e sono svolte con altrettanta professionalità e passione.

Very welcoming environment, for 3 years I have been attending the Wing Chun course together with my 14 year old granddaughter, the teacher Riccardo is always available and sees a kilometer away that puts us heart and soul, during the quarantine he was passed out to encourage everyone with his infinite optimism!
