Great food and great service, received our meals in a timely manner and everything was perfect.

The foods were delicious. Depends on what you looking for you can create it, meaning. You can do casual..hangouts with friends or a romantic dinner with your loved ones.

Very nice people, great service. Nice shot of grappa afterwards to wash the coffee away. The menus are only in italian but the waiters are happy to help to translate. We enjoyed the food and the happy atmosphere here.

Great service and great food in a beautiful little town. Went with two young children and there were no problems.

Everything went well, friendly service, good food, relaxed atmosphere, until... Coffee already served, waiting for our dessert, we were presented with the bill and told the restaurant will close. A little bit surprised but understanding the kitchen was closed, we prepared ourselves to leave. Noticing both desserts not yet substracted from the bill. The waiter went back inside looking a bit frustrated. After a while he returned to the table with another person from the kitchen, the desserts and the original bill. I was surprised and a bit overwhelmed. The cook spoke better English and was friendly. After some clarification he apologised for the misunderstanding and offered us one dessert and a coffee on the house if we would still want the desserts. I accepted the desserts with mixed feelings. They argued in Italian to each other and the waiter put the bill again in front of me and arrogantly scratched two lines with his fingernails. After dessert, my girlfriend went inside to pay with credit card. The waiter had a conversation in Italian with the woman at the pay desk. They seemed to be discussing how to alter the bill for the promised (not asked for) compensation. Afterwards i discovered they didn't leave anything off, but instead altered all prices to end up with a two euro difference and did not hold up there promise. We left with a stomach filled with delicious food, but it had a really bad tourists scam aftertaste and abuse of unconditional trust, although being a bit naif, i would like to believe its not the restaurants fault but the way the arrogant waiter servicing us in the end screwed things up. We had lunch while enjoying the plaza view.Pasta of zucchini cream,Pasta of vongole,Salad with peach and cold white wine.Everything was good!

The staff was very friendly. It was very popular place for lunch. The Fiorentina was delicious and a decent cost. I would return here if I return to Pistoia.
