Despite the situation that we all know, the negotiations and communications could take place exclusively by mail and telephone (being from Rome I could not reach the shop), but I can say without a shadow of a doubt that they have transmitted professionalism, competence and passion making this my little milestone an unparalleled experience. Given the experience I can only thank them further here too, I hope to move to Bologna soon and why not ... buy another one! Thank you very much for being part of and supporting my step.

The shop returned the watch to me with a scratch on the face and, when I highlighted the issue, they claimed that it was due to moisture. I sought a second opinion from another professional and they confirmed that the scratch was due to poor workmanship when opening the watch. Basically, I paid €140 to have my watch scratched. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop.
