Un bel brutto modo di lavorare per un brand prestigioso come SWATCH
 They publish the phone number to be able to ask for any information and they never answer and sometimes it is even off.
A nice bad way to work for a prestigious brand like SWATCH

Not everyone knows that the battery in Swatch watches can be replaced for free in the official store absolutely free of charge. Mind you! Very nice staff. They work without lunch, which is a rarity for Italy.

Mi sono recata presso il loro store per cercare di avere qualche informazione in più riguardo all'ultima collezione appena uscita, siccome telefonicamente è impossibile mettersi in contatto anche dopo giorni, e l'atteggiamento era infastidito e arrogante. Mi sono state date risposte vaghe e in modo parecchio scocciato come "fortunatamente non è un bene di prima necessità", "ci sono cose più importanti"... Mai mi è capitato di avere a che fare con una commessa che mi si rivolgesse così, che bella pubblicità che vi fate... Con quel ragionamento, il vostro negozio non dovrebbe nemmeno esistere, perché niente di quanto vendete è di prima necessità. Che ci siano cose ben più importanti è scontato e inutile da ribadire, soprattutto a qualcuno che si è espresso in modo educato e ha cercato solo di ottenere maggiore chiarezza sulla disponibilità di un vostro prodotto. Avere centinaia di richieste non vi dà il diritto di mancare di rispetto, ma evidentemente non vi importa di perdere clienti e far fare pessime figure al marchio che rappresentate. Complimenti
Bad! Annoyed answers and tones of sufficiency. I went to their store to try to get some more information about the latest collection just released, as it is impossible to get in touch by phone even after days, and the attitude was annoyed and arrogant. I have been given vague and annoyed answers such as "fortunately it is not a basic necessity", "there are more important things" ... I have never had to deal with a saleswoman who addressed me like this , what a nice advertisement you do ... With that reasoning, your shop shouldn't even exist, because nothing you sell is essential. That there are much more important things is taken for granted and useless to reiterate, especially to someone who has expressed himself in a polite way and has only tried to get more clarity on the availability of your product. Having hundreds of requests doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful, but obviously you don't mind losing customers and making the brand you represent look bad. Well done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sn costretto a dover mettere 1 steslla ..nn metterei neanche quella , in quanto il comportamneto da parte dei commessi di tale insufficenza nei confronti delle persone nn possa essere degno di feedback. Ad oggi è impossibile poter avere spiegazioni telefoniche ..non che , i toni di scocciatezza quando ci si presenta in negozio , sn a livelli spaziali ..giusto per stare in tema di " missioni "....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato due volte nel negozio ed entrambe le volte sono stato trattato con sufficienza ed se vogliamo un pelo di maleducazione - sopra tutto dalla ragazza di ieri mattina - . Oltre che investire in marketing la Swatch , a mio avviso, dovrebbe assoldare un'ottima società di reclutamento per le risorse interne. Proverò a recarmici una terza volta - con il pal di pancia - giusto perchè vorrei acquistare , una volta esaurita la follia, uno Speed in plastica o bio ceramica si voglia.
I went into the shop twice and both times I was treated with disdain and if you want a bit of rudeness - above all from the girl yesterday morning -. In addition to investing in marketing, Swatch should, in my opinion, hire a very good recruiting company for internal resources. I will try to go there a third time - with a belly pal - just because I would like to buy, once the madness is over, a Speed in plastic or bio ceramic if you like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molti negozi nel mondo si sono attrezzati per la premier dei nuovi omega x swatch apponendo cartelli che informavano sulla disponibilitá degli orologi e che sarebbero stati serviti solo i primi 100 clienti. Bastava un foglio appeso fuori o almeno oggi uscire a dire la veritá alla gente... ma evidentemente creare il chaos era voluto... spero nessuno di quelli che c'erano oggi torni a prendere l'orologio. Davvero un atteggiamento poco professionale, poco rispettoso per i clienti ma anche molto pericoloso...
