The stuff decided that we would like to pay together with some RANDOM woman behind me (I didn’t know her and no one asked if we are ordering together or not).
After a woman mistakenly paid for herself and me, the stuff said that they can’t do anything for reverting the payment and asked me to give that woman 2.5 €. I didn’t have any coins, just 5 € bill, so I asked them to change my 5€ in coins. The answer was “we need the coins for giving a change, we won’t change your 5€. Go to the bar XXX, they usually have a lot of coins”
I expected a bit more assistance in solving the problem which occurred because of stuff’s mistake. Your mistake --> you should look for coins by yourself to fix the problem. Sending your customers somewhere else is not a great thing.
Also it is nice to clarify if your customers would like to pay together or separately. Especially if you’re not sure if they are friends, family or strangers (as it happened in my case)
Ice cream: didn’t like it either — pistachios gelato was too sweet and quite “fat”, had to throw the smallest cup away without finishing even a half of the cup.
