Ho telefonato quando erano già pronti per averli via mail. Dopo tre giorni mi sono recato personalmente per ritirarli e mi stato detto, dopo averli ritirati, che comunque mi sono stati inviati via mail dopo la telefonata........... sto aspettando ancora l'unica mail che non è arrivata e che ,secondo me, non è stata mai inviata, per il seguito lascio giudicare ad ognuno. After three days I went personally to collect them and I was told, after having collected them, that in any case they were sent to me by email after the phone call ........... Dopo aver accertato l'errore la segretaria mi consegnava le lastre giuste senza scusarsi dell'errore confermando la mia impressione di poca educazione e rispetto dimostrata precedentemente. ( e beh certo il medico non c’era , come al solito ) Mio figlio aveva una frattura al tallone e , oltre a prendervi 48 ore di tempo per un c…o di referto, non vi siete neanche preoccupati di avvisarmi dell’urgenza ! I referti vanno consegnati in tempo utile ! Solo giunto a casa mi rendo conto dell'errore e non avendo possibilità di ritornarci, rinvio alla mattina seguente. Purtroppo un grande problema famigliare mi costringe a rinviare a stamattina. Nonostante l'orario di apertura indicato fosse le ore 08:00 alle 08:20 una dipendente si apprestava all'apertura e vedendomi avvicinarmi mi chiudeva la porta in faccia. Segue pr. rec. Velocissimi nell'inviarmi il referto cartaceo via mail, come accordi presi.Super consigliato The best diagnostic center ever. No waiting on the phone, very kind and welcoming reception staff and immediate appointment I did an open MRI and Dr. Giulia was fantastic and super professional in reassuring me, as I was very sore and claustrophobic. Very fast in sending me the paper report via email, as agreed. Super recommended
C	Carla Cetronio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non so se iniziare dalla poca accoglienza e mancanza di professionalità della reception o dalla ironia spicciola e fuori luogo di colui che ha effettuato i raggi…un concentrato direi!!!arrivo mi avvicino alla reception le due signore come se nulla fosse … dopo qualche min che ero lì in piedi a fissarle finalmente mi chiedono cosa dovessi fare .. sento per caso mentre dicono ad un altro paziente che il referto sarebbe stato pronto dopo due gg … chiedo se lo stesso valesse per me che ero lì con un piede forse fratturato e quindi con necessità di saperlo quanto prima e mi rispondono “ce lo dovevi dire al tel quando hai prontato”… IO DOVEVO SAPERE CHE IL MEDICO CHE REFERTA NON È SEMPRE IN SEDE !!!! dopo aver detto che in tal caso sarei andata al pronto soccorso perché avevo l’urgenza mi dicono che alle 18,30 della stessa giornata avrei potuto ritirarlo! ? si era materializzato il medico che referta ! ma non è finita qui …entro nella stanza per fare la radiografia e con un’ironia fuori luogo e gratuita mi sono sentita dire “perché non ti sei fatta visitare nella stazione sciistica dove ti sei fatta male” “su quella pista è difficile cadere io vado spesso li (riferendosi alla località dove avevo sciato )” “chi ti ha fasciato la caviglia?…tu che lavoro fai?” per sottolineare il fatto che non essendo un medico non avrei dovuto fasciarla … e dal mondo di gi.ba è tutto … concentrato in 10 min soltanto altrim avrei potuto raccontarvene delle altre I do not know whether to start from the lack of hospitality and lack of professionalism of the reception or from the petty and out of place irony of the one who carried out the rays ... a concentration I would say !!!
