Organizzazione pessima "noi non ascoltiamo i messaggi sulla segreteria telefonica" - " noi essendo una struttura provata ci regoliamo con gli orari come vogliamo..."
Caro Direttore Sanitario se io fossi in Lei sceglierei con maggior cura chi deve tenere le relazioni con il pubblico e l'organizzazione in quanto tale.
P.S.: io la visita che volevo prenotare presso di voi, lo prenotata - sempre privatamente - da altra struttura, considerato che ad una vostra laconica risposta del tipo " le faremo sapere", trascorso una settimana, ho provveduto - nell'ordine:
- a telefonare al vostro numero, con gli esiti suddetti;
- a passare da voi ENTRO L'ORARIO pubblicato in tabella esterna, senza che alcuno rispondesse al campanello, pur essendoci del personale in sede. Quanto meno per cortesia... mi sarei aspettato che si aprisse la porta.
Chi mi ha risposto oggi, alle mie tranquille rimostranze, mi rispondeva con fare scocciato.... GRANDISSIMO ESEMPIO DI PROFESSIONALITA' E CORTESIA ( SIC!)

Bad organization "we do not listen to the messages on the answering machine" - "we, being a proven structure, regulate ourselves with the times as we want ..."
Dear Health Director, if I were you, I would choose with greater care who has to maintain relations with the public and the organization as such.
P.S .: I booked the visit I wanted to book with you - always privately - from another structure, considering that to your laconic reply such as "we will let you know", after a week, I proceeded - in order:
- to call your number, with the aforementioned results;
- to pass by you WITHIN THE HOURS published in the external table, without anyone answering the bell, even though there are staff on site. At least out of courtesy ... I would have expected the door to open.
Whoever replied to me today, to my quiet complaints, replied annoyed .... GREAT EXAMPLE OF PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTESY (SIC!)
