Mancanza di serietà e soprattutto di tatto.alla domanda cosa si deve fare per una cisti trovata al fegato, lui di tutta risposta dice che deve essere operata e tolto il fegato per metterne uno nuovo. Non ha dato nessuna spiegazione all'ecografia fatta e tutto stizzito ha pure avvisato al suo collaboratore che se la gente che stava aspettando fuori iniziavano a fare domande lui cacciava tutti e non faceva più niente alla domanda fatta da una signora adulta se doveva bere l'acqua per fare l'esame con la vescica piena. Il dottore deve ripetere il giuramento che fanno i medici quando escono dalla scuola pieni di voglia di fare....e non aspettare alla fine del mese per prendere i soldini....e un'altra cosa...se ha problemi a casa e poi deve scontare con i pazienti, può stare a casa a guardare i Simpson. Se qualcuno si rivolge ad una struttura per un qualsiasi tipo di esame al di là che sia a pagamento o in convenzione, non è perché la mattina si svegliano con la voglia di andare a rompere le scatole al medico, ma forse perché un altro collega ha trovato opportuno approfondire un eventuale problema. Siamo arrivati prima dell'orario prenotato ed in pochi minuti mia moglie ha, effettivamente, concluso la prestazione. Nulla a che dire. I problemi sono sorti al termine, quando mi si chiedeva di tornare a ritirare il referto (abitiamo a quasi 100km da Ginosa) oppure, in alternativa, usufruire della spedizione tramite raccomandata al costo di €10. Considerando di essere nel 2020 e non nel 1980, chiedo all'addetta ai pagamenti se avessero un indirizzo e-mail o pec per poter procedere all'invio del referto. Mi risponde che hanno sia l'uno che l'altro ma che direttive aziendali non consentono loro l'invio dei referti tramite questi mezzi. Obbligato quindi, scelgo l'opzione dell'invio tramite raccomandata. Ora, tralasciando le mie considerazioni sul costo di tale servizio pari a €10, a mio parere spropositato ma essendo azienda privata non obietto; quello che però mi lascia perplesso e che mi porterà a non recarmi più in quel centro, sconsigliandolo a miei conoscenti per questo aspetto, è che oggi la PEC ha valore legale pari alla raccomandata e proprio non mi spiego questa direttiva che esclude questo mezzo LEGALE. Avrei ricevuto il Referto in tempo reale con PEC, mentre mi si è lasciata una sola opzione per avere il referto in tempi brevi, e cioè percorrere nuovamente 200km per il ritiro.
