Voglio vedere se nessuno più telefona per prenotare non vi mettete a pecora aspettando che squilla il telefono. Sono tre giorni che telefono e non risponde nessuno!!!!!!!!!!!! Dopo una giornata intera a cercare di contattarli mi rispondono che la prima data disponibile è per la settimana successiva io rispondo va bene al massimo prenoto, poi se trovo prima disdico perché mi serve prima... La signora mi risponde " vada al pronto soccorso". Cortesia e professionalità. Matera dà sempre soddisfazioni. Cafoni are born. Cerco di fare prenotazione anche con whatsapp, ma le risposte se arrivano, arrivano dopo tantissimo tempo.... Ho anche mandato una mail ma mai ricevuto risposta... Datevi voi un giudizio. Generalmente, questi centri hanno una loro organizzazione. Quindi è normale e accettabile che chi vi si rechi per la prima volta, debba fare delle domande logistiche, che possono apparire ovvie per chi vi lavora ogni giorno e meno ovvie per i nuovi pazienti. La comunicazione visiva aiuta poco, bisognerebbe implementarla così da sgravare la portata delle richieste info dell'accettazione. I went for an ultrasound, very thorough doctor.
