Dopo vari e vani tentativi di contattare la struttura (diversi giorni) , finalmente qualcuno ha risposto, ma dopo aver comunicato la mia richiesta, mi hanno dirottato poco gentilmente su un'altra linea alla quale naturalmente non ho ricevuto più risposta. Inoltre i tempi di attesa per le prenotazioni delle prestazioni con ticket sono parecchio lunghe che però si riducono magicamente quando ti propongono le stesse a pagamento. Una stella é anche troppo. Sconsigliatissimo. Mi avevano parlato male del centro ma fin quando non lo si prova non si può giudicare. Sfortunatamente ho dovuto prenotare qui una dentalscan, e dico sfortunatamente perché nonostante avessi la prenotazione ostentavano a non fruirmi la prestazione perché non avevo la ricetta del medico curante, cosa alquanto assurda. Una volta risolta la questione della richiesta del mio medico curante, inviandola via mail, perché mostrare la foto in mia presenza non bastava, la signora continuava ad urtarsi per l'accaduto. Giunti al pagamento le porgo una 50 € e mi viene detto, testuali parole:" ma scusi io non ho resto!" Non credo sia un problema del cliente questo! Ed io con molta calma ho pagato con il bancomat. Se non lo avessi avuto cosa sarebbe successo? Dopo quasi 45 minuti riesco ad effettuare la visita. I ragazzi che mi hanno seguita sono stati davvero gentili e professionali, mi dispiace per loro però la mia valutazione per colpa delle due signore all'accettazione è 1. Non tornerò più. Upon reaching the payment, I offer her a € 50 and I am told, in exact words: "but sorry, I have no change!" I don't think this is a customer problem! And I very calmly paid with an ATM. If I didn't have it what would have happened? After almost 45 minutes I manage to make the visit. The guys who followed me were really kind and professional, I'm sorry for them but my evaluation due to the two ladies at the admission is 1. I will not return.

Non è possibile trascorrere una giornata al telefono per poter prenotare un esame. Né tanto meno è accettabile che bisogna recarsi di persona sul posto per avere udienza. Se non è sufficiente il personale addetto alle chiamate, aumentatelo!!!!! A center that advertises itself as the top but in reality is bad especially in the management of calls for reservations. If the call staff is not enough, increase it !!!!!

D	Doriana Corfiati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo è l'unico Centro Radiologico disponibile nel fare determinati accertamenti,ma per il comportamento di tutto il personale la mia recensione è molto negativa per il trattamento ricevuto!!!!Spero in futuro di non averne più bisogno.

Arrivo lì e chiamarla accoglienza è un parolone,diciamo che mi hanno "fatto entrare",personale maleducato a livelli elevati che non davano risposte alle mie domande come se non gli pagassi ??.
