★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio feedback è legato esclusivamente all'esperienza relativa al tampone che, dopo averlo eseguito, è stato cestinato dopo poco più di un minuto quando in realtà bisogna attendere dai 15 ai 30 minuti per un esito più attendibile. Evidente strategia per massimizzare i guadagni.
Non mi è stato nemmeno rilasciato lo scontrino fiscale! Serietà 0!!!
Aggiornamento in risposta al commento del titolare: ho visto cestinare la provetta del mio test dopo circa 3 minuti dal prelievo del campione. Di quali procedure standard stiamo parlando?
Successivamente io e gli altri clienti che come me hanno eseguito il (super rapido) tampone siamo stati accompagnati alla cassa: ho pagato in contanti ed al ricevimento dell'esito ho ricevuto un caloroso "arrivederci" senza ricevuta al seguito.
Speculare in questo contesto, in questo momento storico lo ritengo iniquo ed aberrante.
My feedback is exclusively related to the experience related to the swab which, after having performed it, was thrown away after just over a minute when in reality you have to wait from 15 to 30 minutes for a more reliable result. Clear strategy for maximizing earnings.

Update in response to the owner's comment: I saw my test tube trashed about 3 minutes after taking the sample. What standard procedures are we talking about?
Subsequently, I and the other customers who, like me, performed the (super fast) swab were accompanied to the cashier: I paid in cash and upon receipt of the result I received a warm "goodbye" without a receipt.
Speculating in this context, in this historical moment I consider it unfair and aberrant.
