★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato solo per avere una informazione per un medicinale., prima di andare personalmente. La farmacista mi ha risposto in modo molto sgarbato, che dovevo andare lì e mettermi in coda come tutti gli altri. Non avevo chiesto di portare il medicinale a domicilio. Volevo sapere semplicemente se il medicinale c'è lo avevano prima di andare a comprarlo da loro. Non volevo fare la strada inutilmente. Mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia senza darmi il tempo d completare la mia richiesta di informazione. Molto maleducata. Non si merita neanche una stella.
I phoned just to get some information for a medicine, before I went personally. The pharmacist replied very rudely, that I had to go there and queue like everyone else. I hadn't asked to take the medicine home. I just wanted to know if they had the medicine before I went to buy it from them. I did not want to make the road in vain. He closed the phone in my face without giving me time to complete my request for information. Very rude. He doesn't even deserve a star.

Mi ha dato un medicinale aperto,con una scatola bagnata, asciugata chiusa successivamente con del nastro adesivo.
Quindi io non so dov'è Stata è com'è stata tenuta.Una farmacia non è un negozio qualsiasi!sono ritornata ,chiedendo educatamente la sostituzione del medicinale.loro potevano rimandarlo indietro alla casa farmaceutica per un reso!
Dopo aver trovato scuse e ipotesi assurde, mi dice che avevano da molto tempo in farmacia quel medicinale,e che di conseguenza non potevano fare il reso! Sdegnata sono andata via

After finding excuses and absurd hypotheses, he tells me that they had that medicine in the pharmacy for a long time, and that consequently they could not make the return! Outraged, I went away
