 I stayed with my family for 10 days in Bologna, comfortable accommodation and up to expectations, in an excellent position to enjoy the city. Raphael's availability and courtesy simplified everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato in contatto con l Agenzia per l'esigenza di affittare il monolocale dove studiavo quando frequentavo l'università ed abitando fuori Bologna avevo la necessità di trovare un servizio o un riferimento che potesse seguire a 360 gradi l'immobile. Abbiamo così deciso di effettuare contratti di affitti brevi e transitori con gestione ed assistenza continua, inoltre posso "prenotare" periodi a mia disposizione! Molto consigliato per chi non vuole affidarsi al fai da te!
I got in touch with the Agency for the need to rent the studio where I was studying when I was attending the university and living outside Bologna I needed to find a service or a reference that could follow the property at 360 degrees. We have therefore decided to make short and temporary rental contracts with continuous management and assistance, and I can also "book" periods at my disposal! Very recommended for those who do not want to rely on DIY!

Qualunque decisione sull'immobile viene concordata con il proprietario per trovare la soluzione più congeniale. Nonostante il periodo attuale di blocchi al turismo e difficoltà negli spostamenti a causa del COVID, Raffaello è riuscito a trovare comunque ospiti per la struttura assicurandomi redditività e continuità.
Fully satisfied. Raffaello, the owner, is organized, helpful, friendly and professional. Any decision on the property is agreed with the owner to find the most congenial solution. Despite the current period of blockages to tourism and difficulties in traveling due to COVID, Raffaello still managed to find guests for the structure ensuring profitability and continuity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A febbraio 2020 ho acquistato un monolocale con l'idea di fare affitto turistico. Dopo qualche giorno l'Italia scopre di essere in piena pandemia da covid19. Vista la crisi del settore extralberghiero che ha caratterizzato i mesi avvenire ho deciso di affittare il mio monolocale a lungo termine e per tale motivo mi sono rivolta ad un agenzia del settore che ha provato senza esito positivo a trovare l’inquilino per il mio appartamento.
A fine agosto decido di affidare l'incarico a Raffaello D’Onofrio e finalmente il mio monolocale ha iniziato a produrre reddito. Raffaello è un professionista che: conosce le caratteristiche del settore, lavora per massimizzare i profitti del proprietario ed è molto attento alle esigenze del cliente mediando quando necessario.

Dopo aver consultato diverse agenzie ho incontrato Raffaello, competente, preparato e disponibile. Ha gestito tutta la burocrazia necessaria per avviare l'attività e pubblicizzato l'appartamento, risolvendo in autonomia anche i problemi tecnici che si sono presentati! Dopo diversi mesi dalla mia partenza posso dire di aver fatto la scelta migliore, perché, nonostante tutte le difficoltà dovute dal difficile periodo che stiamo vivendo, Raffaello ha gestito la situazione brillantemente, raggiungendo tutti gli obiettivi che ci eravamo prefissati.

Hanno gestito il mio appartamento ad affitto temporaneo con estrema competenza, affidabilità e attenzione il mio immobile curando nei minimi particolari ogni cosa. L'immobile viene tenuto in modo ineccepibile rispettando tutte le scadenze della manutenzioni e le recensioni degli ospiti sono state estremamente positive. Sono molto soddisfatto e desidero ringraziarli per tutto l’ impegno e professionalità profusa.
I Like Bologna is not the "usual real estate agency". They managed my temporary rental apartment with extreme competence, reliability and attention, taking care of everything down to the smallest detail. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero in cerca di una agenzia di property managements a Bologna in quanto ho un appartamento in centro città e non volevo più occuparmene personalmente visto la cattive esperienza passata con ospiti/inqulini.
I Like Bologna mi è stata suggerita a metà 2020 da una mia amica la quale era già loro cliente da diverso tempo. Mi aveva parlato molto bene di loro e dalla loro professionalità.
Il mio obiettivo era di costruire un reddito da investimento stabile riducendo al contempo l'onere delle operazioni immobiliari.
Devo dire che I Like Bologna è l'occhio e le orecchie del proprietario sull’immobile assicurandosi che i problemi vengano affrontati prontamente e che la proprietà stessa sia curata in modo professionale.
Da quando ho affidato l’appartamento a loro non ho avuto mai l’immobile vuoto e non ho mai più avuto problemi con la gestione degli ospiti o delle manutenzioni.
Potrei continuare per ore a elogiarli ma dico solo che adesso posso dedicare il mio tempo a cose molto più importanti nella spensieratezza e tranquillità più assoluta, tanto pensano loro a tutto.
I was looking for a property management agency in Bologna as I have an apartment in the city center and I didn't want to deal with it personally anymore given the bad experience I had with guests / tenants.
I Like Bologna was suggested to me in mid-2020 by a friend of mine who had already been their client for some time. He had spoken very highly of them and their professionalism.
My goal was to build stable investment income while reducing the burden of real estate transactions.
I must say that I Like Bologna is the owner's eye and ears on the property, making sure that problems are dealt with promptly and that the property itself is treated professionally.
Since I entrusted the apartment to them, I have never had the property empty and I have never had problems with the management of guests or with maintenance.
I could go on praising them for hours but I just say that now I can dedicate my time to much more important things in the most absolute carefree and tranquility, they think about everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo il lavoro mi porta ad essere pendolare tra Bologna e il centro Italia.
Quasi un anno fa cercavo un’ agenzia di property management che gestisse il mio appartamento da affidare a studenti che si occupasse di trovare gli ospiti e provvedesse alle loro esigenze.
Avevo anche la necessità di fare manutenzione straordinaria dell’immobile in quanto i vecchi inquilini lo avevano reso quasi invivibile.
Raffaello mi ha fatto avere dei preventivi per manutenere l’appartamento che è stato portato a nuovo, non solo, si è curato anche di avere a un connessione wifi a 1G con un prezzo più basso.
Da quando li ho conosciuti, faccio fruttare il mio appartamento senza preoccupazioni e senza più lo stress di ricevere telefonata da inquilini che mi chiedono qualunque cosa, tanto ci pensano loro.
Aspetto non meno trascurabile i bonifici arrivano sempre i prime 5 giorni del mese.
