Mi fissano un appuntamento alle 9.30, mi chiamano 15 minuti prima dell'appuntamento dicendomi che l'appuntamento era stato fissato per le 9, che alle 9.30 aspettava altri clienti e quindi il mio appuntamento era saltato. L'agente che ha chiamato si è dimostrato maleducato nei toni e non ha espresso alcuna frase di scuse per un errore (magari anche volontario) da parte della loro agenzia.
Lack of professionalism and rudeness. They make an appointment at 9.30, call me 15 minutes before the appointment telling me that the appointment was set for 9, which at 9.30 expected other customers and then my appointment was skipped. The agent who called was rude in tone and did not express any apology for an error (perhaps even voluntary) from their agency.

Ma sopratutto ho riscontrato professionalità e serietà.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come molte agenzie immobiliari purtroppo anche qui nonostante fossimo in attesa di un riscontro, ci siamo dovuti re-interessare noi per riuscire ad avere una risposta. Se non si tratta di un "immobile disperato" si fanno di nebbia e non garantiscono aggiornamenti/assistenza. Mi chiedo per quale motivo si debbano pagare le agenzie se il lavoro di ricerca ed informazione venga fatto totalmente in maniera autonoma. Ribadisco che non vale esclusivamente nel loro caso, ci è capitato più volte.
Like many real estate agencies, unfortunately even here even though we were waiting for a reply, we had to re-interest ourselves to be able to get an answer. If it is not a "desperate property" they become foggy and do not guarantee updates / assistance. I wonder why agencies have to be paid if the research and information work is done totally independently. I repeat that it does not apply exclusively in their case, it has happened to us several times.
