Non appena finito il lockdown ho sollecitato che facessero quanto pattuito e solo dopo numerose email e telefonate sono riuscito a far svuotare la casa. Scarsissima professionalità.
After collecting the commission, they disappeared, leaving the apartment to be cleared and keeping a copy of the keys. As soon as the lockdown was over I asked them to do what was agreed and only after numerous emails and phone calls did I manage to get the house empty. Very little professionalism.
