Addirittura scusandosi per un leggero ritardo. Assolutamente affidabili!
Purchased a barbell with springs in early December; arrived without clothespins (damaged packaging) .Contacted for a number of reasons only a month later they sent the missing pieces without problem with courtesy, speed and great availability. Even apologizing for a slight delay. Absolutely reliable!

Dubbioso del mio ordine quindi, il ragazzo (credo si chiami Manuel) non esitó a contattarmi in privato e così ho avuto modo di rimediare senza rimetterci.
Considerando che veramente pochi si comportano così, io dico che sono professionisti seri. Che meritano tutto il mio rispetto. ?
On my first purchase not long ago, I placed the wrong order on Amazon without realizing it. I was convinced I bought a pair of 25kg discs, instead I ordered a single one.
Doubtful of my order then, the boy (I think his name is Manuel) did not hesitate to contact me in private and so I was able to remedy without losing.
Considering that very few behave like this, I say they are serious professionals. They deserve all my respect. ?

About 2 months ago I bought the Toorx msx 70 multifunctional station. Arrived in a few days, I asked for the assembly at home. I emphasize the kindness of the owner on the phone and also of the 2 workers who carried out the assembly in a perfect way. Excellent product.
