Ho mandato degli amici stranieri e sono rimasti super soddisfatti perché il titolare conosce le lingue e non hanno avuto alcuna difficoltà. Bravo bravo!!!
 Great. The brands treated are super !! The staff is very knowledgeable and also gave me information on Primiero and on various excursions to do. I sent some foreign friends and they were super satisfied because the owner knows the languages and they didn't have any difficulties. Good good!!!

Negozio di abbigliamento e attrezzature per alpinismo con personale gentile, super preparato e prodotti di qualità, ogni volta che passo da quelle parti mi fermo perché oltre che fare ottimi acquisti imparo sempre qualcosa. I negozi che vendono questo tipo di articoli dovrebbero essere tutti così, purtroppo è l’eccezione.

Mountaineering clothing and equipment shop with kind, super-trained staff and quality products.Every time I pass over there I stop because in addition to making excellent purchases, I always learn something. The shops that sell this type of items should all be like this, unfortunately it is the exception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente non un negozio economico dovuto la qualità e la tipologia di articoli venduti. Si trovano articoli tecnici di altissima qualità e personale molto educato, simpatico e molto preparato, in grado di consigliare e supportare anche neofiti della montagna.
Definitely not a cheap shop due to the quality and type of items sold. There are technical articles of the highest quality and very polite, friendly and very prepared staff, able to advise and support even mountain beginners.

Ho un problema ai piedi e fatico a trovare degli scarponi adatti a me... Ma qui con la competenza e pazienza del personale ho trovato quelli giusti. Sono tornato poi e ho acquistato un capo Gore e mammut! Ottimi! Consiglio una visita non solo per i prodotti ma anche per 'l'anima giovane' di questo shop!
Generally I am very critical but in this shop I found professionalism, competence, kindness and good products. I have a problem with my feet and I struggle to find suitable boots for me ... But here with the competence and patience of the staff I found the right ones. I went back then and bought a Gore and mammoth garment! Excellent! I recommend a visit not only for the products but also for the 'young soul' of this shop!

La prima volta sono entrato con l'idea di dover sostituire il mio paio di scarponi ma il titolare mi ha, saggiamente, consigliato di provare a cambiare calzini e mi ha suggerito un prodotto. Ho seguito il suo consiglio e il problema che avevo con le mie calzature si è risolto.
Sono stato molto contento dell'acquisto per 3 motivi: calzini ottimi (smartwool), ho evitato una spesa esosa inutile, ho trovato una persona seria ed affidabile e che ha saputo consigliarmi in modo molto professionale.
La seconda volta ho acquistato un secondo paio di calzini.
La terza volta, oggi, ho accompagnato mio papà per acquistare un paio di scarponi nuovi per lui. Come nelle mie prime due esperienze, siamo stati seguiti molto bene, questa volta da una sua collega, altrettanto professionale e disponibile.
I prezzi sono giusti e competitivi nonostante i prodotti siano di fascia medio-alta.
Consiglio a tutti gli appassionati di montagna che frequentano la zona di approfittare della disponibilità e professionalità presenti a Nivalis e di sicuro tornerò non appena avrò bisogno di fare altri acquisti!

I recently went to Nivalis three times to shop.
The first time I came in with the idea of having to replace my pair of boots but the owner wisely advised me to try to change socks and suggested a product. I followed his advice and the problem I had with my shoes was solved.
I was very happy with the purchase for 3 reasons: excellent socks (smartwool), I avoided an unnecessary expensive expense, I found a serious and reliable person who was able to advise me in a very professional way.
The second time I bought a second pair of socks.
The third time, today, I accompanied my dad to buy a new pair of boots for him. As in my first two experiences, we were looked after very well, this time by a colleague of his, who was equally professional and helpful.
The prices are fair and competitive despite the products being in the medium-high range.
I recommend to all mountain enthusiasts who frequent the area to take advantage of the availability and professionalism present in Nivalis and for sure I will come back as soon as I need to make other purchases!

(Selected on his recommendation a path on the ridge, passing e.g. the peak Spiz del Doch with stunning 360 degrees views. ) :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Nivalis to anyone looking for a true outdoors store in the area. The selection of climbing gear is great and they had the best price for a via ferrata package. The owner, Marco, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable of the climbing in the area. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience climbing in the Dolomites. Thanks, Marco!
