Durante il periodo in cui hanno tenuto la bici in attesa del pezzo mi hanno costantemente informato sullo stato delle cose, dandomi tempistiche di arrivo e risoluzione, e un appuntamento per il ritiro perfettamente rispettato. Non posso che consigliarlo di gran cuore. E se mai dovessi avere di nuovo un problema, farò ancora volentieri la strada fino ad Alessandria, sapendo già che riceverò un ottimo supporto!
