Abbiamo avuto solo qualche problemino con l'impresa edile assegnata, ma nel contesto il voto è soddisfacente. Un grazie immenso va a Fabrizia Giovinazzo che con la sua professionalità e con quella dei suoi collaboratori, in tempi brevi ci ha consegnato la casa dei nostri sogni. Rifarei questa scelta altre mille volte. Fabrizia è sempre stata presente e pronta a risolvere ogni nostro dubbio, consigliandoci anche sulle piastrelle, accompagnandoci nel negozio e sbrigando tutta la parte che riguardava l'ordine, dandoci poi anche delle dritte sui vari abbinamenti di colori per le pareti. Sono riusciti a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste, senza che dovessimo rinunciare a qualcosa. Velocità, competenza ed ottimo lavoro sono le caratteristiche che ci hanno molto colpito. Fabrizia has always been present and ready to solve all our doubts, also advising us on the tiles, accompanying us to the shop and handling all the part concerning the order, then also giving us tips on the various color combinations for the walls. They managed to satisfy all our requests, without us having to give up anything. Speed, competence and excellent work are the characteristics that have greatly impressed us.
f	federico ponassi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato una piccola ristrutturazione che consisteva nell'abbattimento di due pareti per creare un salone open space e una grossa cucina. In se l'idea di avere una ditta che pensa a tutte le pratiche, i documenti del cantiere e la coordinazione delle ditte non è male, e fino ad un certo punto ha funzionato bene. Dopo l'inizio dei lavori c'è stata la prima sorpresa...... un cospicuo aumento del preventivo per la parte elettrica, a mio avviso poco giustificabile, al quale si sono aggiunti un grosso errore nella posa delle piastrelle, e un errore di collegamento di alcuni cavi emerso solo dopo l'installazione della cucina con conseguente disagio. La ciliegina sulla torta sono state le placche di finitura degli interruttori della corrente. A causa di ritardi, disorganizzazione e scuse varie sono 2 mesi che aspetto di avere le placche di finitura e non ne siamo venuti ancora a una. Sarò costretto a cercare una soluzione da solo per risolvere il problema. Del resto all'errore del piastrellista ho dovuto rimediare io, così come a quello degli elettricisti. Con un po' più di attenzione avrebbero potuto fare felice un cliente e fare un buon lavoro. Lavorando gli intoppi possono capitare ma si sceglie un lavoro chiavi in mano proprio per avere qualcuno che risolva i problemi per te, invece in tante cose ho notato poca attenzione e poca organizzazione. Ovviamente i saldi dei lavori devono essere tutti puntualissimi e pagati in anticipo!!!!! After the start of the works there was the first surprise ... a conspicuous increase in the estimate for the electrical part, in my opinion hardly justifiable, to which was added a big mistake in laying the tiles, and a connection error of some cables emerged only after the installation of the kitchen with consequent discomfort. The icing on the cake was the trim plates for the power switches. Due to delays, disorganization and various excuses I have been waiting for 2 months to have the finishing plates and we have not yet come to one. I will be forced to look for a solution on my own to fix the problem. After all, I had to remedy the error of the tiler, as well as that of the electricians. With a little more attention they could have made a customer happy and done a good job. While working the hitches can happen but you choose a turnkey job just to have someone who solves the problems for you, instead in many things I have noticed little attention and little organization. Obviously the balances of the works must all be punctual and paid in advance !!!!!

Prima di tutto dall'architetto Barbara Vucusa che è stata fantastica, ed ha coordinato con successo un team di ottimi professionisti,muratori, decoratori, elettricista e idraulico. Tutti molto bravi. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti, ora che siamo a un passo dalla fine del progetto possiamo tirare un sospiro di sollievo. Grazie. We have been assisted with great professionalism and patience, we have received excellent advice and we have been very well followed in a difficult project. First of all by the architect Barbara Vucusa who was fantastic, and has successfully coordinated a team of excellent professionals, masons, decorators, electrician and plumber. All very good. Ci hanno messo un mese sporcando dappertutto, chiedendo varie proroghe, era Agosto, ma prima di iniziare avevano detto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi. La tramezza che hanno realizzato non è a piombo, nella doccia acqua calda e fredda sono invertite, le piastrelle sono messe male, il piatto doccia non è in piano.. e potrei andare ancora avanti.. Forget it. I relied on them to renovate a bathroom with bad results. It took them a month to get dirty everywhere, asking for various extensions, it was August, but before they started they said there would be no problems. The partition they have built is not plumb, hot and cold water is inverted in the shower, the tiles are badly laid, the shower tray is not flat ... and I could still go on ...

Dovevo ristrutturare il piano terra di casa, cucina, ingresso e salotto, dopo aver fatto il sopralluogo e sentito le mie richieste l'architetto Cristina Innau mi ha presentato un preventivo e spiegato tutto quello che aveva calcolato dettagliatamente dall'inizio dello scavo alla posa delle piastrelle e pulizia finale. La durata del cantiere nei tempi prestabiliti, tenendo presente che abito un pochino fuori mano, in campagna della Val Borbera. Alla fine hanno ripulito e lasciato in ordine. Complimenti anche all'impresa che ha eseguito i lavori, titolate e manovali bravi e competenti. Anche il piastrellista ha avuto pazienza, l'ho messo un pochino in difficoltà per le piastrelle in gres stile cotto toscano che non erano perfettamente regolari e in squadra, ha fatto un ottimo lavoro. All'inizio tutto bene i problemi sono iniziati quando iniziati i lavori e il conteggio dei materiali che ovviamente erano sbagliate (ho dovuto farlo io i conteggi) e non parliamo delle misure sbagliate che mi è costato la rottura di uno specchio da300€ tanto per citare uno degli errori. Ho chiesto di cambiare il professionista se così possiamo chiamarlo e mi è stata assegnata un architetto, è migliorata la situazione ma fondamentale non sono contento di come Facile Ristrutturare ha gestito il cantiere e di come si relazionano con il cliente, la loro priorità e fare contratti prendere i soldi e quando hai bisogno di spiegazioni non rispondere al telefono e se lo fanno cercare sempre una scappatoia.Non lo consiglio. At the beginning all right the problems started when the works and the counting of the materials started which obviously were wrong (I had to do the counts myself) and let's not talk about the wrong measurements that cost me the breaking of a 300 € mirror just to mention one of the mistakes. I asked to change the professional if we can call him that and I was assigned an architect, the situation has improved but fundamental I am not happy with how Facile Ristruttuire has managed the construction site and how they relate to the client, their priority and to make contracts take the money and when you need an explanation don't answer the phone and if they do always look for a loophole. I don't recommend it.
