★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondano proprio il telefono sono presentato gli mi fa chiama ho chiamato nessuno che mi risponde sono tornato il giorno dopo per dirlo guarda che non mi rispondano fa eh non ti risponde nessuno manda una EMAIL mando una EMAIL nessuno mi risponde vado ancora il giorno dopo mi risponde ascolta io non so niente prova a chiamare e basta io rido mi prendo meno vado fino oggi non so più cosa fare ma quelli non le arrivano controlli per vedere cosa fanno con la gente o prendano stipendio e basta non ho altro da dire

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMI!!!!!! penso sia l'unica questura del Nord Italia a lavorare così male!! Aspettare più di 8 mesi per l' appuntamento delle impronte e altrettanti per l'arrivo del permesso di soggiorno!! Talvolta già SCADUTO al momento della consegna!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo con tempi burocratici. Per un appuntamento 3 mesi , ma c'è una spiegazione: 10000 passaporti l'anno gestiti in due (e si copre tutta la provincia, escluso casale. In altra occasione ho trovato molta umanità e pazienza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la richiesta del passaporto in questo ufficio è veramente lunga e difficoltosa. Tempi biblici per avere un appuntamento per consegna documenti. Sala di attesa piccola e stracolma di gente. Tempi incerti per rilascio del passaporto, bisogna recarsi più volte per avere notizie. Come al solito il cittadino e quello che ci rimette.

Sto facendo la pratic del aggiornamento della carità di soggiorno già 7 mesi e non lo so quando finisce questa storia ((( Ho la carta di soggiorno tempo indeterminato, la sto cambiando non per il mio capriccio ma perché è uscito il decreto che non si può avere la carta di soggiorno di cartacio. Però non ho l'idea quando riesco a ritirare il mio documento. Sono andata in Questura dove mi hanno detto che Il mio documento è pronto però non lo posso ritirare finché non arriverà un messaggio. Ma il mio figlio, per esempio, sta aspettando questo messaggio quasi 2 anni e non lo ricevuto ancora. Io sinceramente non capisco come si può lavorare così. È un grandissimo casinò!!!!
