Anche se il mio budget era un pochino risicato penso che concluderò l'acquisto. Gli amici che mi avevano consigliato avevano ragione! Assolutamente da conoscere e visitare.
I was there this morning to inquire about a bedroom. The lady was very kind and really dedicated a lot of time to me. Even if my budget was a little tight, I think I will conclude the purchase. The friends who recommended me were right! Absolutely to know and visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri ci siamo recati in quel che avrebbe dovuto essere un negozio di livello, almeno stando alle marche che vendono. Volevamo vedere dal vivo i piani cottura della Kitchen Aid per la nostra nuova cucina. L'unica cosa in cui eccellono i proprietari è la maleducazione e l'impreparazione. Ci siamo trovati a vivere una situazione surreale. La scortesia della signora (che a malapena ci ha salutati) si rivolge anche a quello che presumiamo essere il marito a cui risponde stizzita quando lui le domanda dove si trova il libretto di istruzioni del forno che ci piaceva e che lui ha presentato limitandosi a dire che "ruotando i pomelli faceva tutto" (!!???). Risultato? Mi hanno ficcato in mano il catalogo Kitchen Aid con il listino prezzi da guardare da solo (!!!??) senza ulteriori spiegazioni. Comportamento inaccettabile comunque ma tantomeno quando si tratta di spendere almeno 2.000 euro per un piano cottura e un forno base. Perdete ogni speranza voi che entrate. Max Coppo
Yesterday we went to what should have been a top-level shop, at least according to the brands they sell. We wanted to see the Kitchen Aid hobs live for our new kitchen. The only thing the owners excel at is rudeness and unpreparedness. We found ourselves in a surreal situation. The rudeness of the lady (who barely greeted us) also addresses what we presume to be the husband to which she responds angrily when he asks her where is the instruction booklet of the oven that we liked and that he presented simply saying that "turning the knobs did everything" (!! ???). Result? They stuck in my hand the Kitchen Aid catalog with the price list to look at alone (!!! ??) without further explanation. Unacceptable behavior, however, even less when it comes to spending at least 2,000 euros for a hob and a basic oven. You lose all hope that you enter. Max Coppo
