Prima di prendere appuntamento avevo spiegato che non lavoravo e se potevo farlo e se avrei avuto un rimborso risposta si. Nessun rimborso ma i soldi per fare il modulo sono stati chiesti. Pessimo servizio mai più.
 I went to make a single model not working they told me that I would not have any kind of refund. I specify that I have bought a house and done some work. Before making the appointment I explained that I did not work and if I could do it and if I would have a refund, I answer yes. No refunds but the money to make the form has been requested. Bad service ever again.
