Sono stato al negozio avendo uno sconto di 25 euro che non mi hanno applicato per problemi del computer (che casualmente sembrerebbe avere problemi il sabato pomeriggio). Soluzione proposta ? "Si arrangi, ci spiace" ....ma come ???? L'errore è vostro e io me la devo prendere in quel posto ?!?!
PESSIMO SERVICE:
I was at the store having a discount of 25 euros that they didn't apply to me for computer problems (which by chance would seem to have problems on Saturday afternoon). Suggested solution ? "He arranges, we are sorry" .... but how ???? Is the mistake yours and I have to take it from you in that place?!?!

Purtroppo non so i loro nomi ma si meritano tutta la mia riconoscenza e gratitudine..
Un complimento va anche alle risorse umane per aver scelto loro due....persone cosi gentili è difficile teovarle.
