C	Cecilia Camilletti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, personale sgarbato, poco gentile, non ci voleva far provare gli occhiali perché poi dovevano disinfettarli e solo dopo ci dicono "tanto ne può provare al max 5",ne avevamo provati due paia. Mille storie.... Visto che non ci siamo sentiti ben accetti siamo andati a comprare gli occhiali in un altra ottica. Bad experience, rude, unkind staff, they didn't want us to try on the glasses because then they had to disinfect them and only afterwards they tell us "so much you can try up to 5", we had tried two pairs. A thousand stories .... Since we didn't feel welcome, we went to buy glasses from a different perspective.

Ho ordinato delle lenti a contatto e più di una volta mi hanno sbagliato la gradazione, per non parlare di quanto ci hanno impiegato per farmele ricevere. Tempi di attesa lunghi e decisamente poca attenzione! Non sono per niente soddisfatta, ho dato più chance a questa ottica ma il risultato è stato deludente. Bad experience! I ordered contact lenses and more than once they made a mistake in my gradation, not to mention how long it took them for me to receive them. Long waiting times and very little attention! I am not at all satisfied, I have given more chances to this perspective but the result has been disappointing.
B	Barbara Hamitaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vi erano zero stelle mettevo quelle ,ma non ci sono Ho comprato gli occhiali da loro 3 anni fa e quando vado oggi a cambiare le lenti me li spaccano a metà e non parliamo di occhiali da 50 o 100 euro , ma bensì di 400. Dopo varie insistenze sul fatto che dovevo pagarmi dei nuovi occhiali per colpa loro, mi hanno dato degli occhiali che costano pochissimo (130) e non si sono comportanti per niente bene. Dopo essere stato loro cliente da ben 10 anni ed essersi comportati cosi io ritengo come unica soluzione quello di cambiare ottico Vi consiglio di NON ANDARCI , a meno che vi volete ritrovare con degli occhiali rotti. If there were zero stars I put those, but they are not there I bought the glasses from them 3 years ago and when I go today to change lenses I split them in half and we're not talking about 50 or 100 euro glasses, but rather 400. After several insistence that I had to pay for new glasses for their fault, they gave me glasses that cost very little (130) and they didn't behave at all well. Si sono rotti /spezzati sul ponticello, occhiali il celluloide e chiesi di ripararmeli, mi hanno liquidato in un battito di ciglio, senza neanche minimamente provarci etc etc e sebbene abbia provato ad insistere. Certo, rivenderli e più semplice e remunerativo, evitando un risultato impegnativo e poco redditizio. Vedo dei tutorial su youtube e scopro che basta dell'acetone puro, neanche la colla, per saldare le due parti. Fatto l'esperimento ed è uscito una meraviglia, certo un procedimentoun po' lungo più per rifinirela saldatura, tant'è che se lo avessero fatto loro sarebbe stato più che accettabile. Visto che rispondete, e se accettate la critica, l'attenzione per la clientela paga, siate più empatici, cortesi, provate a spiegare il perché non volete prendervi in carico il lavoro, non raccontate che non esiste un modo. Cmq i prossimi cercherò altrove... saluti. I bought some Persols two years ago, I was satisfied, normal price, nothing exciting. I see tutorials on youtube and find that pure acetone, not even glue, is enough to weld the two parts. I did the experiment and a marvel came out, certainly a slightly longer procedure to finish the welding, so much so that if they had done it it would have been more than acceptable. Since you respond, and if you accept the criticism, the attention to the customers pays, be more empathic, courteous, try to explain why you don't want to take on the work, don't tell that there is no way. Anyway I will look for the next ones elsewhere ... greetings.

Ho comperato un paio di occhiali da vista 4—5 anni fa, con l'offerta di un altro paio allo stesso prezzo in regalo. Mi si sono rotte diverse volte le asticelle laterali perché con il laccetto le tiravo e me le hanno sempre cambiate gratis. Non posso lamentarmi di nulla. I prezzi non sono dei meno cari ma offrono una buona qualità che è indispensabile per un buon paio di occhiali. Isabella Staff always very kind and helpful. My side rods broke several times because I pulled them with the strap and they always changed them for free. Can't complain about anything. Il personale è disponibile, paziente e attento. Siamo stati serviti da S. che ha saputo consigliarci e trovare l’occhiale giusto che più si abbinasse sia ai nostri gusti che alla conformazione del viso. Rispettano le normative COVID ma comunque danno la possibilità di provare tutti gli occhiali che si vuole . Consigliato! We went to buy a pair of eyeglasses.
