S	Sara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Mi hanno sbagliato la centratura degli occhiali di ben 4mm. Ho fatto ricontrollare gli occhiali più volte e tutti mi hanno confermato la centratura errata. Dalla titolare di questa attività mi sono sentita accusare di aver cambiato idea sulla montatura e di essermi inventata questa scusa per avere un rimborso. Oggi ho avuto l'ennesima conferma della centratura errata e quindi mi sto facendo fare delle nuove lenti da un altro ottico (la montatura è la stessa dato che mi piace). Sconsiglio a tutti questo ottico anche solo per la scortesia e l'arroganza dimostrata dalla titolare. Bad. I was wrong to center the 4mm glasses. I had my glasses checked again and everyone confirmed the wrong centering. From the owner of this business I felt accused of having changed my mind about the frame and of having invented this excuse for a refund. Today I had yet another confirmation of the wrong centering and therefore I am having new lenses made by another optician (the frame is the same since I like it). I do not recommend this optician to anyone, even just for the rudeness and arrogance shown by the owner.

Mi serviva un occhiale con lenti graduatie e progressive e siccome il mio difetto visivo è abbastanza importante il costo delle medesime e anch'esso importante, quindi prima di fare l'acquisto ho girato diversi ottici per avere informazioni. In questo ho trovato un signore, al quale mi sono rivolto perché l'unico ad avere il camice bianco e quindi mi sembrava il tecnico più qualificato, tra l'altro aveva anche lui occhiali molti simpatici di due forme diverse, che picerebbe anche a me possedere. Il signore è stato gentilissimo, disponibilissimo ed molto esaustivo nello spiegarmi i vari problemi della mia vista e che tipo di lenti avrei dovuto fare per non avere problemi di vista. La professionalità dimostratami la gentilezza e cortesia mi hanno convinto, sicuramente tornero per l'acquisto. I finally found a shop that matches it. I needed glasses with graduated and progressive lenses and since my visual defect is quite important, the cost of the same is also important, so before making the purchase I went to different opticians to get information. In this I found a gentleman, to whom I turned because the only one who had a white coat and therefore seemed to me the most qualified technician, among other things he also had very nice glasses of two different shapes, which would also strike me to possess. The gentleman was very kind, very helpful and very exhaustive in explaining the various problems of my vision and what kind of lenses I should have done to avoid having vision problems. The professionalism shown me, the kindness and courtesy convinced me, I will definitely come back for the purchase.
S	Salvador ZMR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da non ripetere, abbiamo acquistato degli occhiali da vista ma hanno sbagliato la centratura delle lenti. Due settimane di mal di testa e capogiri. Siamo andati a spiegare il problema ma la titolare ci ha accusato di volere semplicemente un rimborso, abbiamo portato gli occhiali a controllare più volte da altri ottici ed oculisti e tutti hanno confermato l’errata centratura. La titolare si è dimostrata scortese da subito e quindi stiamo facendo delle nuove lenti da un altro ottico. Meglio spendere 50€ in più che buttare i soldi da loro. Experience not to be repeated, we purchased eyeglasses but they have mislabeled the lenses. Two weeks of headache and dizziness. We went to explain the problem but the owner accused us of simply wanting a refund, we brought the glasses to check several times by other opticians and ophthalmologists and all confirmed the wrong centering. The owner proved rude immediately and therefore we are making new lenses from another optician. Better to spend 50 € more than throwing money from them.

Da loro ho fatto anche un occhiale da vista della guess e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta soprattutto dalla professionalità e la gentilezza dell'ottico più anziano e dalla pazienza e simpatia della commessa alta, visto e considerandò che non sono una cliente semplice. L ho consigliato ai miei genitori e ad una mia amica, e anche loro si sono trovati molto bene. Lo consiglio a tutti soprattutto per la qualità prezzo e la cortesia e competenza del personale. I found myself very well! The glasses are very cute and trendy especially those from their 20 euro sunglasses line. I also made a guess eyeglasses from them and I was very satisfied especially by the professionalism and kindness of the older optician and by the patience and sympathy of the high-order clerk, seeing and considering that I am not a simple customer. I recommended it to my parents and a friend of mine, and they too enjoyed it. I recommend it to everyone especially for the price quality and the courtesy and competence of the staff.

Davvero grazie alla cortesia e disponibilità del responsabile sig. Emidio e dei suoi collaboratori Alessandro ed Esperanza Tutti gentili e competenti (e pure simpatici ... che non guasta mai) I had a problem with a recently purchased pair of glasses problem solved for free in 48 hours with frame replacement in just 10 minutes. Really thanks to the courtesy and availability of the manager Mr. Emidio and his collaborators Alessandro and Esperanza All kind and competent (and also nice ... which never hurts)

I never bought anything here, I went in today because I had to get some new glasses but we were treated very badly by the staff so we decided to go out and go to the other optician of the CC.
