★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci vengo poco, ma quando ci vado mi pento sempre di esserci andato. Interminabili file alle casse, prezzi mediamente al di sopra dei concorrenti e gamma prodotti non particolarmente assortita. Penso che ci tornerò solo perché ultima spiaggia, posso sconsigliarvelo.
 I don't come there very little, but when I go there I always regret going there. Endless queues at the checkout, prices on average above the competitors and a not particularly assorted product range. I think I'll go back only because last resort, I can advise against it.

Very nice shop but the difference is made by Sammuele the guy who follows you step by step on purchases. He understands your needs and advises you best. I am really satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da premettere che ho comprato da loro molti vestitini e alcune cose, come il seggiolone per la pappa, e mi sono trovata bene...ma stavolta no!!..Abbiamo comprato un lettino con le sponde alte e dentro lo scatolone non c'erano le viti per montarlo...siamo tornati al negozio il giorno dopo e ci hanno dato le viti sbagliate...cosi ci siamo dovuti tornare una terza volta...con la sponda del lettino per farci dare quelle giuste...spero sia stato solo un brutto episodio che non si ripeta!!

We bought a cot with high sides and there is no box inside. it was the screws to mount it ... we went back to the shop the next day and they gave us the wrong screws ... so we had to go back a third time ... with the bed rail to get the right ones ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insomma.... Di personale cordiale e gentile ci sono solo un ragazzo e una ragazza bionda con gli occhiali, il resto, sono approssimativi e sbrigativi, come se si desse fastidio a chiedere. Vestiti premaman nella media, ma molto ripetitivi, nel senso che le cose dell'autunno le trovi poi in primavera e viceversa. Vestiti da bambino di qualità non eccelsa rispetto al prezzo. Prezzi più alti della media, e assortimento che seppur sistemato bene, non è così vasto. Consigli assenti e spesso sbagliati. Non lo consiglio.

Be careful with this shop they charged me 30 euros for a loyally card which I thought was pre paid card that I could spend in the shop, when I realize the tramp I asked my money back and they didn’t give me money back . I would avoid it since they are non professionals and don’t care about clients satisfaction.

Ho pagato dopo - ho questo penso que passa de 30 euros io poso fare un altro pago - lei ha cambiato discurso me ha detto que non que non poteva usare - que era 30 euro de attivazione però no me ha detto prima - ho detto non me interessa voglio cancellare - me ha refutato
Per me lei me ha staffato - non vivo cá - voglio mio 30 euros per que questo a una stafa de questa ragazza - me poi fare reembolso
Si no vado a chiamare il banco e fare una denuncia grazie - spetto resposta

A girl offered me this card and me if she could use it for the discount. I said ok
After being told que pay - or said pay as credit and I can use now - she said yes to use now.
I paid later - I think this is 30 euros I can make another pay - she changed me and said that she couldn't use - that was 30 euros for activation but no she told me before - I said not me interested I want to delete - refuted me

È un negozio x bambini e,i bambini si rompono le scatole in fila,più degli adulti!!A pochi metri c'è Iperbimbo,lo preferisco di gran lunga!
