★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese, ho chiesto la misura di un paio di scarpe mi hanno risposto con fare abbastanza seccato che non l'avevano e non potevano fare niente. Mentre nel punto vendita di via notarbartolo al contrario mi hanno prontamente e con cortesia detto che avrebbero potuto ordinarlo.
Rude staff, I asked for the size of a pair of shoes they responded with doing pretty annoyed that they didn't have it and couldn't do anything. While in the store on Via Notarbartolo, on the contrary, they promptly and politely told me that they could order it.

Se potevo pagare con lAmerican Express è mi ha risposto di sì...alla cassa un altra signora mi ha detto che non potevo pagare con lAmerican Express perché non erano abilitati.....gli ho lasciato le scarpe ....se credono di risparmiare pensando che le commissioni secondo loro sono alte..pensate invece che perdete di vendere e perdete clienti

If I could pay with American Express and she said yes ... at the cashier another lady told me that I couldn't pay with American Express because they weren't authorized ..... I left them my shoes .... if they believe to save thinking that the commissions according to them are high .. think instead that you lose to sell and lose customers

Entro, e subito il direttore si presenta e mi spiega il brevetto Geox , mi fa provare con molta pazienza da parte sua un po’ di scarpe.
Alla fine ho scelto le Nebula.... comodissime...
Da oggi Geox ha un nuovo cliente.
Speriamo che a Novara siano bravi e cordiali come a Palermo.

I think the best Geox store, I was on vacation in Palermo and going to the Conca d'Oro shopping center I see the Geox store.
I enter, and immediately the director introduces himself and explains the Geox patent to me, and with great patience he makes me try some shoes on his part.
In the end I chose the Nebula ... very comfortable ...
