Al ragazzo e la ragazza che ci lavorano quando saranno a casa senza lavoro per mancanza di clienti consiglio un corso di bon ton. Il negozio vende abbigliamento di qualità medio bassa con prezzi che rispecchiano un po' la sua merce. Attratto dal taglio di un paio di pantaloncini decido di entrare, la commessa convinta di gestire il Trussardi di piazza della scala, appare subito scontrosa , non puoi toccare nulla senza chiederlo a lei, l'altro commesso non accenna un sorriso e mi ha tirato una spallata per passare ovviamente senza usare la cortezza di chiedere scusa. Se l'obbiettivo è tenere ordine in negozio senza che nessuno compri nulla...beh obbiettivo raggiunto. Consiglierei un corso di marketing . Per l'educazione purtroppo non esiste corso . Ho avuto un problema con i bottoni di un giubotto comprato il giorno prima e mi é stata detto che era mia la colpa, ma era evidentemente colpa della qualitá, lavoro nello stesso settore. Ho avuto anche altri problemi con dei cambi, regole assurde della compagnia. Peccato aveva iniziato benissimo Genius ed ha un bel stile ma almeno per me si é perso per strada e il customer service é pessimo. Beautiful items to look at but the quality has dropped a lot. The staff does not leave you for a second alone, they follow you step by step they bring anxiety. I had a problem with the buttons of a jacket bought the day before and I was told that it was my fault, but it was obviously the fault of the quality, I work in the same sector. I also had other problems with changes, absurd company rules. Too bad Genius started very well and has a nice style but at least for me it got lost along the way and the customer service is bad.
