Al telefono ho parlato con un ragazzo davvero cordiale e professionale che con molta pazienza ed educazione ha risposto ha tutte le mie domande e,arrivato li per l'acquisto delle cartucce sono stato accolto da una ragazza che con altrettanta professionalità ed educazione mi ha consegnato le cartucce che mi avevano messo da parte e mi ha anche dato delle indicazione su come montarle..arrivato a casa ho montato le cartucce e devo dire veramente di qualità, paragonabili a quelle originali..ho fatto bene a fidarmi di loro,ancora esistono brave persone in questo mondo?

I went there this morning after calling to find out about the availability of cartridges for an epson printer.
On the phone I spoke to a really friendly and professional guy who with a lot of patience and education answered all my questions and, when I arrived there for the purchase of the cartridges, I was greeted by a girl who with equal professionalism and education handed me the cartridges that I had put aside and he also gave me some indications on how to mount them .. arrived at home I mounted the cartridges and I must say really quality, comparable to the original ones .. I did well to trust them, they still exist good people in this world?
Highly recommended shop I will definitely be back
