★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non sono stato fortunato perché non hanno potuto riparare il mio portatile, evidentemente non tutto si può riparare, vuoi per la impossibilità e la convenienza di trovare le parti di ricambio. Sicuramente persone competenti e professionali. Mi dispiace e ho dovuto pagare per il preventivo €30, che nel caso la riparazione fosse stata effettuata sarebbero stai detratti dal costo totale.
Unfortunately I was not lucky because they could not repair my laptop, obviously not everything can be repaired, either because of the impossibility and convenience of finding spare parts. Definitely competent and professional people. I'm sorry and I had to pay € 30 for the quote, which if the repair had been carried out would have been deducted from the total cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È difficile dare un parere basandmii su una sola occasione in cui mi sono rivolto a questo centro per la riparazione di una stampantina Epson. Il problema per cui mi sono rivolto a loro era il fatto che la stampante, a causa di un foglio messo male nell'alimentatore, si è inceppata ed è andata in tilt. Stampante revisionata ed ora funziona benissimo, ma non credo che il problema fosse molto grave. Valeva la spesa di 60 euro? E chi può dirlo?
It is difficult to give an opinion based on only one occasion when I approached this center for the repair of an Epson printer. The problem I approached them for was the fact that the printer, due to a misplaced sheet in the feeder, jammed and went haywire. Printer overhauled and now working fine, but I don't think the problem was very serious. Was it worth the cost of 60 euros? And who can tell?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'assistenza fornita è stata ottima. La diagnosi mi è giunta 2 giorni dopo aver portato il mio PC al centro assistenza e l'ho riavuto perfettamente riparato circa 12 giorni dopo. Il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile. Unica pecca è che se chiedi informazioni inerenti al costo di qualsiasi operazione, anche di un semplice montaggio, non si riesce ad ottenere risposta, nemmeno scrivendo una mail all'amministrazione
The assistance provided was excellent. The diagnosis came to me 2 days after taking my PC to the service center and I got it perfectly repaired about 12 days later. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The only flaw is that if you ask for information about the cost of any operation, even a simple assembly, you cannot get an answer, not even by writing an email to the administration.
