★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say - the Apple Store experience exported to Rome works great. Always able to find someone who can help me even with my poor Italiano. Not the easiest place to get to via public transportation, but inside parking for those with cars. Euroma2 has all the good and bad of large malls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience. I went for a problem with my backup retrieval on iCloud and I got responded that ‘this is not a service they provide’. Moreover, I was asked what kind of problem I had with my iCloud, and when I obviously answered ‘I don’t know’ (why should I seek for assistance otherwise?) I got responded with a smile ‘how can I help you then?’. (Maybe finding out the problem, thanks).
