Friendly and polite employees, very helpful. The only flaw is to have booked the purchase of a Notebook that makes you wait for the slowness of the order from Apple well beyond the allowed times and I'm still waiting ...

Very nice and professional staff. They have saved us more than once. Once, for a particular issue, Apple support raised the white flag while they were adept at solving it. I highly recommend.
