Dopo averlo esaminato, mi hanno avvertito che la riparazione poteva essere molto precaria. Ho accettato il preventivo di 40 euro ed ho dato l'Ok. Inizialmente riparato il connettore di carica, ossidatosi e non più efficiente. Pagata la riparazione, il telefono ha continuato a dare problemi sempre più gravi. Hanno provato a ripararlo comunque, ma era una guerra persa, come preannunciato prima della riparazione. Causa chiusure e rischio di prolungato fermo presso un centro ricambi, mi hanno chiesto se intendevo lasciarlo e aspettare, oppure riprenderlo non funzionante. Ho optato per la seconda ipotesi e sono tornaro a riprenderlo. Mi hanno restituito tutto il denaro speso, nonostante ci abbiano dedicato altro tempo. A me, questo pare un atteggiamento ECCELLENTE, di grande serietà e correttezza. Di certo tornerò ancora a rivolgermi a queste persone, peraltro sempre gentili e disponibili.
