Spero che chi di dovere legga questi post e decidano di riorganizzare il tutto...o sarò costretta a cambiare studio e con me le altre cinque persone della famiglia... peccato perché invece il mio medico di base è il top! Prima che funzionava un numero Whazzap tutto andava meglio. Non comprendo come mai si creano tutti questi disservizi agli utenti quando con impiego un unità si potrebbe agevolare tutti pazienti. Spero che qualcuno decida in tal senso. Situation now bad, to solve medical problems it takes at least an hour before maybe someone will answer you. Oggi per l'ennesima volta ho provato a richiamare per prescrivere un farmaco per mio padre 86 anni.....niente 30 minuti in attesa, non ha risposto nessuno! Pessimo servizio. Era comodissimo inviare email per prescrivere medicine e rispondevano con email no...troppo facile! Non si creerebbe la fila,niente attesa! It's a miracle if they answer the phone.
