a	alessandra parisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scorsa settimana sono andata a chiedere la prescrizione per gli aghi per l'insulina, e mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto aspettare aprile per la nuova prescrizione (non ricordavo quando fossi andata l'ultima volta, la prescrizione è trimestrale ma siccome li avevo quasi finiti pensavo di esserci con i tempi). Oggi ho chiamato e dopo un'assurda attesa di 36 minuti, ho chiesto la prescrizione e la segretaria mi ha detto che non avrebbe potuto prescrivermeli poiché li avevo presi l'ultima volta il 21 gennaio, quindi fino al 21 aprile il sistema non le avrebbe permesso di fare la prescrizione. Quando le ho fatto presente che la scorsa settimana mi avevano solo detto "aprile" senza specificare il giorno, lei ridacchiando mi ha risposto "signora, ma noi pensiamo che voi ve la ricordiate la data". A questa simpatica signora vorrei chiedere se ha la minima idea di quante cose si debba ricordare un diabetico di tipo 1 ogni giorno della sua vita, ma credo di no, altrimenti una battuta del genere non le sarebbe venuta nemmeno in mente. Pessima.
