La commessa con cui ho parlato è stata molto scortese e altezzosa, mi ha fatto provare solo una scarpa non proponendomi nessuna alternativa e facendomi sentire a disagio e fuori posto. Oltretutto il negozio non fa più scarpe su misura e/o di altri colori che non siano su listino. Non posso dare 0 stelle altrimenti lo avrei fatto. Pessimo...... I came by today to look for shoes for my wedding with my mom and mother-in-law. The saleswoman I spoke to was very rude and haughty, she made me try on just one shoe, offering me no alternative and making me feel uncomfortable and out of place. Moreover, the shop no longer makes custom-made shoes and / or other colors that are not on the price list. I can't give 0 stars otherwise I would have done it. Bad ......

Ho acquistato le scarpe da sposa in questo negozio per poi rendermi conto, una volta a casa, che su una scarpa (bianco ghiaccio) c'era un segno scuro. Quando sono tornata in negozio mi hanno trattata malissimo, urlandomi contro e dicendomi che la colpa era mia che non avevo visto il segno e non la loro, che vendono scarpe difettate. Tralascio i particolari, ma non mi era mai capitato prima di essere trattata cosí in un negozio. Ad ogni modo la commessa mi ha detto senza mezzi termini che non avevo alternative, perché quelle scarpe non le producevano più (anche questa informazione l'ho appresa solo al momento del reso, altrimenti non le avrei comprate). Poi tra uno sbuffo e l'altro hanno trovato le scarpe per fare il reso (non ghiaccio ma bianco) e mi hanno fatta sedere lanciando le scarpe nella scatola e dicendo "mentre ci pensi mettiti qua". Quando ho chiesto quale fosse il materiale mi é stato detto essere capretto, per poi leggere sulla scatola "nappa". L'ho fatto notare e pur sapendo che le stavo pagando 50 euro in più del prezzo a cui le vendono online sul loro sito e a cui avevo pagato quelle bianco ghiaccio di capretto, le ho prese lo stesso pur di uscire da lí. In sostanza non auguro a nessuno di fare un'esperienza del genere, soprattutto per le scarpe da sposa. Non penso che le indosseró per il mio matrimonio e diró senz'altro all'atelier di non consigliare assolutamente questo negozio, perché fanno solo brutta figura. Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars otherwise I would. I bought bridal shoes in this shop only to realize, once back home, that there was a dark mark on one shoe (ice white). When I went back to the shop they treated me very badly, yelling at me and telling me that it was my fault that I hadn't seen the sign and not theirs, who sell defective shoes. I leave out the details, but I had never before been treated like this in a shop. In any case, the saleswoman told me in no uncertain terms that I had no alternatives, because those shoes no longer produced them (even this information I only learned at the time of the return, otherwise I would not have bought them). Then between a puff and the other they found the shoes to make the return (not ice but white) and they made me sit by throwing the shoes in the box and saying "while you think about it, get here". When I asked what the material was, I was told to be kid, and then read on the box "nappa". I pointed this out and even knowing that I was paying her 50 euros more than the price at which they sell them online on their site and to which I had paid those ice-white kid, I took them anyway to get out of there. Basically I do not wish anyone to have such an experience, especially for wedding shoes. I don't think I will wear them for my wedding and I will definitely tell the atelier not to recommend this shop at all, because they just look bad.

Non ci sono neppure andata in questo storico negozio, colpa della commessa che mi ha risposto al telefono, avevo chiamato per sapere se c'era bisogno di appuntamento, visto il periodo particolare e la tipa con fare prepotente insisteva che potevo andare solo se avessi avuto con me un pezzo di stoffa dell'abito da sposa. Io le ho detto con tutta calma che non avevo tale possibilità, e che avrei comunque voluto andare per farmi un'idea, e lei insistendo sul cavolo di pezzo di stoffa, mi ha detto di guardare sul sito le scarpe. Mah mi spiace, ma un comportamento così, soprattutto da un settore in sofferenza come quello dei matrimoni, il personale dovrebbe fare carte false per attirare i clienti e non allontanarli. Ho letto anche molte recensioni di pessima assistenza post acquisto, quindi conferma il mio giudizio negativo. I cannot put zero because it is not allowed. I didn't even go to this historic shop, the fault of the saleswoman who answered the phone, I called to find out if an appointment was needed, given the particular period and the girl bully insisted that I could only go if I had with me a piece of fabric from the wedding dress. I calmly told her that I had no such possibility, and that I would still have wanted to go to get an idea, and she, insisting on the cabbage piece of cloth, told me to look at the shoes on the website. Well I'm sorry, but such a behavior, especially from a sector in distress like that of weddings, the staff should make false papers to attract customers and not drive them away. I've also read a lot of bad post purchase service reviews, so it confirms my negative rating.
